Pick up from pg. 12

"Good idea Lulu!" said Robin.

"I the meantime you should try reasoning with Tawanna." said Lulu.

"Shoot that's your girl you go talk to her." said Robin.

"Come on Robin, I know T at times be pushing the wrong buttons but she is still our friend.  We just got to make her understand where is Lizzie is coming from." said Lulu.

"Lulu you can slap her with a dictionary and she still won't understand." said Robin.

"Not funny Boo!" said Lulu.

"Look Tawanna is just PO right now!  She'll be back once she cooled off.  Once she return then we talk." said Robin.

"Shhh the phone is ringing." said Lulu.

Meanwhile back at the Sutton Household Lizzie woke up and heard the phone ringing.  She saw Lulu number on the id and answer it.

"Hi Lulu!" said Lizzie.

"Hey girl sorry to get you up this early." said Lulu.

"That's okay I'm glad you called.  Is Robin there?" asked Lizzie.

"Well nice to hear from you too." said Lulu sarcasticly.

"Sorry it's great hearing from you too.  Have you guys made it back to the ship yet?" asked Lizzie.

"No but we are almost there.  Miss Monica called and told me what went down with you, Devin and Andrew.  How are you holding up?" asked Lulu.

batman642

“I guess I’ll be okay. I’ll be better when Andrew is out of the hospital and back to normal,” Lizzie admitted.

“Well, Lizzie, I know how you feel. But don’t worry, he’ll be as good new. Afterall, Robin was almost DEAD after the plane crash, and look at him now---good as new!”

“Yeah…you’re right..” Lizzie agreed, deep in thought. “Thanks---I feel better already!”

“You’re not just saying that so I’ll get off the phone and let you speak to Robin, are you?” Lulu asked suspiciously.

Lizzie giggled. “NO LULU!!! For real----I feel better since you reminded me about his accident and how he survived.”

“Well good. NOW you can speak to my Boo,” she said, passing the phone to Robin.

Candygwen

"Thanks!" said Lizzie excited.

Lulu handed the phone over to Robin.

"Hey shorty!" greeted Robin.

"Hi Robin!'  responded Lizzie.

"How are you feelin' this morning?" asked Robin.

"Better now that I'm talking to you." said Lizzie.

"Yeah good to hear from you too.  I'm sorry about what Devin did.  I thought he had better class than that." said Robin.

"(Sigh) Me too!  I don't know what posessed him to do that?" said Lizzie.

"Hey sometime guys do strange things when they like somebody and Devin is one strange dude." said Robin.

"He didn't have to hurt Andrew and he went to far when he kissed me." said Lizzie.

"I know what Devin did was wrong but don't be too hard on him shorty." said Robin.

"I don't know Robin.  I'm not sure if I can ever forgive Devin again." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie you have to forgive him.  Not because I told you to but because of your spiritual beliefs.  You have to practice what you preach otherwise you're just being hypocrite." said Robin.

"Yeah I guess you are right.  But Devin made me so angry that day." said Lizzie.

"I know my mom is pretty pissed with him as well.  But forgive Devin not for him but forgive him so you can move on." said Robin.

"Robin I really like Andrew.  He means alot to me why don't Devin get it?" asked Lizzie.

"Because Devin still has feelings for you.  The best thing for you is to try to talk to Devin and try to make understand that you have moved on." said Robin.

"I did but he doesn't get it." said Lizzie.

"Then show him.  If you really like Devin like you said you do then show him Devin that you have moved on with Andrew.  It's the only way he'll get it." said Robin.

"I guess you're right. This is why I love talking to you." said Lizzie.

"Hey that's what friends are for." said Robin.

batman642

The two of them talked a little longer and then Robin’s phone beeped.

“Shorty, hold on a sec,” he told Lizzie.

When he saw that it was Orianthi calling, he really wanted to answer it but not in front of Lulu.

“Lulu, I’m losing my signal,” he fibbed. “I’ll be right back.”

“Okay, Boo!” she said as she watched him get up from his seat and go down the aisle.

When he was a safe distance away, he answered the call. “O? How ya doin?”

“Hi Robin! I’m fine! I’m just checking to see if you’re still coming for my Hawaii show?”

“You bet! Wouldn’t miss it!” he replied. “I’ve got someone on the other line. Can you hold a second?”

“No problem,” she agreed.

He put her on hold and got back to Lizzie.
Candygwen

"Hey shorty the train is getting ready to stop in a few minutes.  I'll call you back when I'm aboard the ship." said Robin.

"Promise?" Lizzie hoped.

"I promise!" said Robin.

"Thank I'll hear from you soon." said Lizzie hanging up.

"Take care shorty and remember what I told you." said Robin.

Robin went back to the other line and talked to Orianthi.

"Hey O I'm back." said Robin.

"Robin I can't wait to see you." said Orianthi.

"Me neither." said Robin.

"I am so excited.  My very first concert performance.  You just don't know how much this means to me." said Orianthi.

"You are going to knocked them dead." said Robin.

"You really think so Robin?" asked Orianthi.

"I know so!" said Robin.

"And you will see me beofore and after the show right?" asked Orianthi.

"Of course!  We're cool!" said Robin.

"Thank you so much for coming." said Orianthi.

"No problem I'll get my fiance' and my friend Cassie and that waste of sperm she called her future husband Charles to come and surpport." said Robin.

"That's wonderful I can't thank you enough!" said Orianthi.

"Hey it's no big deal.  I better go now before Lulu wonder where I am."said Robin.

"Okay see you in Hawaii." said Orianthi hanging up.

Robin hung up and went back to his seat but he ran into Tawanna.

"Who you talking too Robin?" asked Tawanna suspiciously.

"Who you think?" asked Robin with an atittude.

"Don't tell me Cassie?  Creepin' on that man's fiancee' that is just so sad." said Tawanna.

"If you must know I was talking to Lizzie." said Robin telling half the truth.

"Lizzie?  Cassie's little sister?" asked Tawanna.

"Yes!" said Robin.

"Boy you know damn well that girl is too young for you to be messing around with.  This is how R. Kelly got into trouble Robin." said Tawanna.

"Ha Ha Ha Very Funny!  It is to  laugh.  Get your sick and twisted mind out the gutter and sick your ass down." said Robin.

"Whatever!" said Tawanna,

batman642

Meanwhile, back at the Sutton house, Lizzie is lying in bed, happy that she, Robin and Lulu have touched base. As she lays there thinking about Andrew, she hears a strange noise outside of her bedroom window. At first she ignores it, but she keeps hearing it and decides to get up and see what it is.

When she pulls back the curtain and looks out, she sees Kendra in her backyard, throwing pebbles at her window.

Lizzie lifts the window and sticks her head out. “Kendra???”

“SHHHHH!!!!” Kendra says, jumping up and down and waving. “Not so loud!”

“What are you DOING down there this early in the morning?” Lizzie asks.

“Could you let me in?!” Kendra asked, ignoring the question.

Worried that her parents would hear, confused about Kendra’s strange behavior, and annoyed that she had to get out of bed so early, Lizzie frowned as she got out of the window, slamming it in the process.

Minutes later, she was downstairs and opening the backdoor to let Kendra in.

“Thanks, girl! You is a lifesaver,” Kendra said as she quickly came into the kitchen.

“Now would you mind telling me what’s going on? And why do you smell like booze? You look like you’ve been up all night!” Lizzie complained.

“Shhh!!!! Let’s go up to your room--we’ll talk there!” Kendra said, grabbing Lizzie’s hand and pulling her upstairs.
Candygwen

Lizzie took Kendra to her room and closed the door.

"Alright now please tell me what is going on?  What have you been doing all night?" asked Lizzie.

"I just been out partying and having a good time." said Kendra.

"Why did you have to drink?" asked Lizzie.

"Oh it's Devin.  He was acting all shady last night.  I tried to get him to loosen up but he refuses so I was getting stressed out so I needed couple of drinks.  Then Robin's mom showed up and Devin got himself in trouble then she startd trippin because I had a little bit too much to drink then she wanted to drive me home." said Kendra.

"What's wrong with her driving you home?" confused Lizzie.

"Lizzie you don't want to know trust me.  I didn't want her to take me home so I panic and took her scotch and left." said Kendra.

"You mean YOU STOLE HER SCOTCH!!!" shocked Lizzie.

"Shhhh...steal is such an ugly word I more like borrowed it for the party." said Kendra.

"Kendra are you crazy!?!? What is wrong with you?  You can't be disrespecting and stealing from other people." shocked Lizzie.

"Dang gurl calm down!  I'll pay for the scotch." said Kendra.

"That's not the point Kendra!!!! You have no business stealing or drinking in the first place.  As much as I hate to admit it Tay is right you got a serious problem and you need help." said Lizzie.

"I know!  I know!  That's why I need your help Lizzie.  Maybe you can help keep me sober." said Kenda.

"I don't know Kendra." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie please! You are my only friend. If you help me maybe I will get Devin interest in me again." said Kendra.

"Kendra if you help you need to start by helping yourself.  You should do it for yourself not for no guy like Devin.  Especially when he got you on a rebound." said Lizzie.

"Rebound? What are you talking about?" asked Kendra.

"Nevermind I'll explain later.  I better find you some clean clothes." said Lizzie.

"Cool it'll be just like old times." said Kendra.

"That's what I'm afraid of." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie I've been out all night I really need to rest so can I..." wondered Kendra.

"Sure Kendra you can sleep in my bed.  But you have to lay low. I don't want you waking up my whole family." said Lizzie.

Suddenly Lizzie heard a knocked and it was Jenn knocking.

batman642

Startled, Lizzie and Kendra both gasped.

“Uh….WHO? Tay? Is that you?” Lizzie yelled as she pushed Kendra towards the closet.

“No, hon, it’s me. You decent?” Jenn asked.

Lizzie struggled to push Kendra into her overstuffed closet as Kendra stumbled over shoe boxes and basketballs and other belongings of Lizzie on the closet floor.

“OUCH!!!” she cried as a wooden hanger fell on top of her head.

“Lizzie? You alright in there?” Jenn asked as she listened to the commotion.

“Uh……..hold on, Mom! DON’T COME IN! I’m NOT decent!” Lizzie lied.

Kendra managed to curl up on the closet floor and Lizzie closed the door, crossing her fingers behind her back for good luck.

“Okay, Mom, I’m decent now!” she announced.

Jenn opened the bedroom door, curiously looking around in the process.

“Good morning,” she said to her daughter, giving her a look only a mother can give.

Lizzie grinned and gave her a nervous wave. “Morning mom! You’re up early!”

“Well I wouldn’t be if you hadn’t slammed your window. You woke me up, Lizzie!”

“Me? My window? Why would I slam my window?” Lizzie asked, faking cluelessness.

Jenn frowned. Lizzie frowned back.
Candygwen

"Are you alright Lizzie?" asked Jenn.

"Sure why wouldn't I be?" asked Lizzie.

"Because you are acting peculiar." said Jenn.

"Who me? Nah!!!! I just happy it's a beautiful day." said Lizzie.

Suddenly Kendra sneezed.

"What was that?" asked Jenn.

"What was what?" Lizzie answered with a question.

"I thought I heard a sneezed!" said Jenn.

"That's probably Tay." said Lizzie.

"No it sounded like it came from your closet." said Jenn.

"Probably the twins in the nursery you better go check on them." lied Lizzie.

"Hmm you maybe right!  I hope they not coming down with a cold." said Jenn.

"Hope not either." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie what are you doing up so early?" asked Jenn.

"I was just talking to Robin and Lulu earlier on the phone.  They say they almost at the ship." said Lizzie.

"That's nice of them but they hav no concept of time." said Jenn.

"That's alright!  it doesn't bother me one bit." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie are you sure you alright?" asked Jenn.

"Mom I'm fine!" said Lizzie with full of energy.

"Lizzie you not fooling anybody!" said Jenn.

"(Gulp) I'm not!" said Lizzie nervously.

"No I exactly know why you are up." said Jenn.

"Mom I can explain." said Lizzie.

"There's no need to explain.  You are getting as bad as Cassie.  I know you really care about Andrew and you want to see him but it is way too early to be going to the hospital." said Jenn.

"Wow you caught me red handed." said Lizzie as she was relieved that Jenn didn't find out the real truth.

"We will go and check on Andrew later on today.  It's still early tried to gets some sleep okay." said Jenn.

"Alright mom." said Lizzie.

As Jenn left Lizzie opened the closet door Kendra came out heavy brething.

"Wow that was close!" said Lizzie.

"Way too close!  The next time you decide to hide me Lizzie hide me where I don't have to smell your funky gym clothes phew." said Kendra.

"Hey it was either that or under my bed.  And you can't fit under my bed." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie I can't thank you enough!" said Kendra hugging Lizzie.

"Kendra my Mom just compared me to my sister.  To me that's an insult so you owe me bigtime." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie we are best friends.  I promise you I'll make it up to you." said Kendra.

"Yeah lets gets some rest before something else happens." said Lizzie.

"Okay Lizzie may I?" aksed Kendra.

"(Sigh) Sure you can sleep in my bed and I'll sleep on the floor.' said Lizzie.

"Thanks Lizzie you are the best bff ever!" said Kendra.

Meanwhile back in Hawaii Charles was having trouble sleeping because Judge Bradshaw was snoring loudly.  SoCharles decides to sneak out to the bedroom and get Cassie so they can have some alone time.

batman642

Waking Cassie and getting her was easy since Beverly had consumed so much alcohol before falling asleep.

The two of them tiptoed quietly hand-in-hand out of the suite and onto the dimly lit balcony outside where they had enjoyed their first Hawaiian breakfast together.

The night air was warm and the velvety sky was completely black except for the twinkling stars and huge silver full moon shining above .

The roar of the ocean waves was the only sound they could hear.

“It’s beautiful out here…..” Cassie remarked as they stood together and gazed out into the black night.

“It is,” he agreed. “I couldn’t sleep and I thought it would be nice to spend some time alone--just you and me.”

He put his arm around her and held her close as they looked over the balcony railing at the beach.

“But we can’t make love out here, Charles. I need a pillow, and the balcony floor is too hard,” she complained as she looked around.

Charles looked at her with the slightest grin on his face as he put his forehead against hers.

“Didn’t you tell me our relationship is about more than sex?” he asked.

“I did,” she admitted.

“Well then? I just wanted to be with you, Cassie. We don’t have to do anything,” he told her.

Charles sat down in a corner of the balcony on the floor and beckoned for her to sit down with him. Cassie sat on his lap, snuggling her head against his chest as he cradled her lovingly in his arms. Soon they both fell off to sleep.

Meanwhile back at the Sutton household Tay went downstairs to get some breakfast.  As he walked in he saw Eddie cooking.

"Dad what are you doing?" asked Tay.

"What does it look like I'm cooking breakfast.  Since you did good job watching Natalie and the twins I'll figure I fix you one of my famous sloppy joes Omelette." said Eddie.

"Haven't I been punished enough?" asked Tay sarcasticly.

"Boy you know you enjoy my special omelette." said Eddie.

"Yeah as much as I enjoy having diabetes." said Tay queitly.

"What was that?" asked Eddie.

"Yeah I always enjoy your omelette Dad." lied Tay.

"That's what I thought." said Eddie.

Soon Nate walked in the kitchen.

"Morning man something smells good in here." said Nate.

"I don't smell anything except dad's special omelette." said Tay.

"That's want I'm talking about." said Nate.

"You are just in time for breakfast Nate." said Eddie.

"Good I'm starved." said Nate.

"Wow you really have been in the military too long." said Tay.

"That's enough Tay!" warned Eddie.

"Does Mrs. Sutton knows you are cookig?" asked Nate.

"No I want it to be a surprise.  Why does everyone doubt my cooking?" asked Eddie.

"Because you can't cook dad." said Tay.

"Boy you don't know anything good cooking.  Now go and wake your sister." said Eddie.

"Alright I'll Lizzie the warning." said Tay.

"Keep it up you won't get seconds." said Eddie.

batman642

Tay went up to Lizzie’s room and as usual didn’t knock before entering. He did a doubletake when he realized Lizzie was sleeping on the floor and someone was sleeping in her bed.

He approached quietly so that he wouldn’t awaken anyone. As he got closer to the bed all he could see was black curly hair hanging out from underneath the covers, but that was enough for Tay to realize that it was Kendra in Lizzie’s bed.

He scratched his head as he thought back to last night. He didn’t remember Kendra coming home with the rest of the family. So how did she end up in Lizzie’s bed?

This should be good
, he thought to himself as he started to poke her. “Hey! Wake up!”
Candygwen

Kendra refuse to wake up.  Tay tried to wake her up again.

"Come on now wake up!" said Tay.

"Go away I'm sleepin'" annoyed Kendra unaware it was Tay.

"I know how to get her up." said Tay to himself.

Suddenly Tay started to tickle Kendra.  Kendra woke up shrieking.  Scaring Tay as he accidently tripped and fell on Lizzie.

"Owww..he what the....Tay GET OFF!!!" yelled Lizzie as she push him off.

"Dang Kendra you got some heavy lungs!" said Tay rubbing his ears.

"Tay what are you doing here?" shocked Lizzie.

"What is SHE doing here Lizzie?" Tay snapped back.

"None of your business." said Lizzie.

"You bet it is my business.  Whenever you are up to something you always get me involved." said Tay.

"HEY WHAT"S GOING ON UP THERE?" yelled Eddie.

Lizzie covered Tay's mouth to shut him up.

"One word and you're dead!!!  NOTHING DAD!!! JUST TRYING TO OPEN MY WINDOW" yelled Lizzie

"WELL DON'T TAKE TOO LONG OR YOUR BREAKFAST WILL GET COLD." said Eddie.

"I WON'T DAD!" said Lizzie.

Lizze closed and locked her door so she can explain to Tay what's going on.

batman642

Meanwhile downstairs in the kitchen, Nate pours himself a cup of coffee and watches Eddie put the finishing touches on his sloppy joe omelettes.

“So, Nate…….did you use that phone number yet?” Eddie asked, looking out of the corner of his eye with a grin.

“Phone number?”

“Cyd’s phone number, Nate! I gave it to you last night!” Eddie reminded him.

“Oh…….er……..um………yeah, yeah. I used it,” he finally admitted.

“So? What’s the deal, son? Don’t hold out on your ole dad,” Eddie teased.

“There’s no deal, Dad. I invited her for coffee is all,” Nate said, trying to play it cool.

“You interested in Cyd?” Eddie asked, continuing to pry.

“Well, it’s too soon to tell. She seems nice enough,” Nate replied. “She’s attractive. Nice body.”

Eddie grinned a little. “True, true. And like the rest of us, she’s got issues.”

“Well, if she wants me to know her issues, SHE can tell me. Alright Dad?” Nate replied.

Eddie shrugged. “Hey, have it your way, son.”

Nate wondered what issues Eddie was talking about, but he continued to play it cool.
Candygwen

Moments later Jenn came downstairs.

"Morning everybody!" said Jenn.

"Morning Jenn!" said Eddie as he and Jenn kissed.

"Oh no Eddie please tell me you are not making one of your special sloppy joe omelette again?" concerned Jenn.

"Yes indeed!  And I made it this extra omelettte especially for you." said Eddie as he put the omelette on the plate and gave it to Jenn.

"Eddie I thought you loved me." joked Jenn.

"What first Tay now you!  Everyone is a comedian this morning." said Eddie.

"Eddie lets face it you are no chef boyidee." said Jenn.

"Alright if that's the way you feel you cold cook you own breakfast for now on." joked Eddie.

"Thank you for sparing our lives." laughed Jenn.

"Dad don't feel bad I love your cooking. These omellette are off the hok." said Nate.

"Atleast someone appreciate my cooking. Thank you Nate" said Eddie.

"Are you sure you're Eddie's son?" joked Jenn.

"Very funny." said Eddie sacasticly.

Eddie saw Jenn yawning.

"Jenn are you alright?  You looked tired." said Eddie.

"I'm fine!  I just need some coffee.  Lizzie woke me up early this morning." said Jenn.

"What's she's doing up this early in the morning?" asked Eddie.

"She was on the phone with Robin and Lulu." said Jenn.

"Why on earth would they call this early." confused Eddie.

"Because they are teenagers Eddie!  They are hard to understand sometime.  But that's not the only reason.  Lizzie was up because she is anixous to see Andrew at the hospital." said Jenn.

"Oh lord!  I'm not sure if I can handle these interracial relationships." said Eddie.

"Eddie, Lizzie is growing up and she really likes him." said Jenn.

"Well I guess you're right!  Well at least with Andrew he doesn't cause this much drama." said Eddie.

"Come on Eddie Charles is a decent guy too." said Jenn.

"Yeah when he's not putting our Cassie in a dangerous situation." said Eddiee.

"Come on Eddie you are finally starting to like Charles admit it." said Jenn.

"Alright I hate to admit it but Charles is starting to grow on me...a little." said Eddie.

"Well for you it's a start." said Jenn.

"What is keeping these knuckles heads so long? LIZZIE!  TAY! GET YOUR BUTTS DOWN HERE NOW!!!" yelled Eddie.

"They are probably trying to avoid breakfast of doom." laughed Jenn.

"My wife the comedian!" said Eddie.

batman642

Soon, Tay came down the stairs alone into the kitchen.

“Where’s your sister?” Eddie asked. “I’ve got an omelette for each of you.”

“Oh---she’s not feeling too good,” Tay lied.

“She was feeling fine before,” Jenn remarked.

Tay shrugged. “Female stuff,” he lied again.

Eddie frowned. “Let’s not go there,” he replied uncomfortable with the topic.

“I’ll take Lizzie’s omelette,” Nate volunteered as he reached for the plate.

“Be my guest,” Eddie said happily.

Meanwhile, upstairs in Lizzie’s room, Kendra is hung over.
Candygwen

"Kendra I am so sorry! Please forgive my stupid brother." said Lizzie.

"Hey your brother of yours maybe stupid but he is still cute." said Kendra.

"Tay cute?!?  Uggh you really are drunk." said Lizzie.

"No I'm sober now!  It just that my head feels like  someone hit me with a bag of bricks and my motuh feels like I swallow a cat.  And the room is spinning like crazy." said Kendra with a hangover.

"Hey that's what happens when you hit the bottle." said Lizzie.

"Please no more preachin'!  I heard enough of that from Robin's mom." whined Kendra.

"Well do you get it?  It's obvivious you're not getting the point otherwise you wouldn't be in this predicament." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie please not so loud my head." cried Kendra.

Soon there was a knock on the door.

"Owwww." cried Kendra with a hangover in pain.

"Shhh!!" shush Lizzie.

"Lizzie it's me Nate I heard you are not feeling too well so I brought your breakfast upstairs." said Nate.

"Oh no Nate....Kendra be queit." said Lizzie.

Lizzie quickly opened the door.

"Hey Nate!" said Lizzie.

"Hey Lizzie are you sure you alright you don't look sick." confused Nate.

"I fine I think it's that time of the month again." lied Lizzie.

"Lizzie you expect me to believe that?" asked Nate unconvinced.

"Nate I really can't come downstairs right now." said Lizzie.

"Look Lizzie I don't know what you are doing in your bedroom but I do know you are trying to avoid dad's cooking.  I can understand dad not being a great cook and all but you need to eat and it'll be insult if you don't atleast taste the food.  Here don't make a mess in your room." said Nate.

"Thanks!" said Lizzie unhappy with the omellette.

"Ugggh what is that horrible smell?" asked Kendra.

"That horrible smell is my dad's famous sloppy joe omelette." said Lizzie.

"Who told you dad he can cook?" asked Kendra.

"I've been trying to figure that out for years." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie get that omelette away from me it making my stomach turned." said Kendra feeling sick.

"I'm not too crazy about his breakfast either but...Kendra are you alright?  You don't look too good." concerned Lizzie.

"Lizzie I don't feel too good either.  I think I'm gonna puke!" said Kendra.

"OMG!" shocked Lizzie.

Soon Lizzie rushed Kendra to the bathroom and Kendra was blowing chunks in the toliet.

batman642

Back in Hawaii, the first one up and raring to go in the Chassie Honeymoon Suite was Beverly Bradshaw.  She swung her feet over the side of the bed and stretched her arms up towards the ceiling, thinking about her night out in Hawaii with her husband and granddaughter:  What a great night!

Of course, she couldn't remember how they'd gotten back to the room, but she really didn't care.  Coleman always took good care of her when she overdrank so she wasn't the least bit concerned.

She got out of the bed and headed towards the livingroom, wondering where Cassie was and assuming that Charles was in the room with Coleman the way they had planned it earlier yesterday.  When she didn't see any sign of Cassie, she decided to step out onto the balcony since there was such a beautiful sunrise.

To her surprise, there was Charles and Cassie, curled up together in the corner of the balcony sound asleep.

Oh......just look at them.......so peaceful.....so in love......so young.....I remember those days...... she thought as she watched them for awhile.

After she stayed out on the balcony for awhile enjoying the tropical breeze, she decided to stake her claim in the bathroom while she had it all to herself.  She took a nice, long hot shower and then got dressed.  She already knew what she wanted to do today.  She wanted to spend some more time with Cassie--just the two of them--grandmother and granddaughter.

Maybe we'll go to a spa.......she thought to herself as she applied her makeup.

When she was all dressed, she went back out on the balcony to wake up Chassie.

I'd better get these two lovebirds up before Coleman sees them and has a fit! she thought.

"Yooo hoo......Sleeping beauties!  Time to wake up!" she said sweetly as she bent over and gently shook them.

Cassie groaned and slowly opened one eye.  She'd been sleeping so soundly that for a moment she'd forgotten that she wasn't in bed but instead outside with Charles.  When she finally realized where she was, and then realized her grandmother was staring at them, she bolted up and out of Charles' arms.

"Grandma!!!" she exclaimed, feeling guilty for no reason.

Beverly chuckled.  "Good morning to you too!" she replied.

"I can explain, Grandma..." she began as Charles started to wake up too.

"Uh oh......" he groaned, rubbing his eyes and yawning.  "It's not what you think, Mrs. Bradshaw," he muttered.

"Really, Grandma, it's not!  We were just"

"SLEEPING!" Beverly interrupted Cassie's sentence.  "I know, I know!  I saw you out here so peaceful."

Cassie was surprised at her grandmother's nonchalance.  "Oh........I just thought you'd be mad......" she admitted.

Beverly frowned and made a face.

"Nonsense!" she said, waving her hand.  "Now your GRANDFATHER on the other hand is a different story!  That's why I want you two to rise and shine before HE sees you!" she explained.

"Thanks Grandma!  Good looking out!" Cassie replied.

Heeding her warning, Chassie hurried and got up from the floor, brushing themselves off and scurrying into the suite with Beverly following behind them.

When they got inside, it occurred to Chassie that Beverly didn't give any evidence of being drunk the night before and it puzzled them both.

"Grandma, you seem fine," Cassie remarked baffled.

Beverly smiled.  "I AM fine.  Fit as a fiddle!" she bragged.

"No hangover?" Charles asked, impressed.

"Young man, you have alot to learn about alcohol," she told him.

Charles shook his head.  "Nah....not me.  I don't TOUCH the stuff," he informed her.

Now she was impressed.  "Hmm......well, I can't say there's anything wrong with that," she admitted.

"But you're sure you're alright, Grandma?" Cassie persisted.

"Yes dear.  Don't I LOOK alright?" Beverly asked as she spun around, pretending to model for them.

Cassie giggled.  "You really do, Grandma.  You look like you're ready to go out on the town!"

"Well that's because I am!  And I'm taking YOU with me," Beverly told her.

Cassie looked suprised.  "You are?" she asked.

"I thought we could hang out today----just us ladies---while Coleman goes to see Mrs. Antoni," she explained.

"Oh....." Chassie replied as they looked at each other.

"That's not a problem is it?" Beverly asked, watching them exchange glances.

"OH!  No, No, Grandma!  Not at all!" Cassie assured her.  "It sounds like a good idea to me!"

"And Charles?  I think you should go with Coleman when he visits your mother---don't you?" Beverly asked persuasively.

"Yes ma'am" Charles replied reluctantly.

Just then, Coleman emerged from the bedroom.
Candygwen

(Yawn) Morning everybody!" said Coleman.

"Morning" said Chassie & Beverly in unison.

"Looks like everyone is up and full of energy.  I take it everyone slept well last night." said Coleman.

"We sure did!" said Charles as he felt good holding Cassie last night.

"And Beverly you are looking wonderful and look much better now." said Coleman.

"I always has Coleman.  I've always have." said Beverly.

"You looked and this boy ain't playing hanky panky with my granddaughter prove one thing." said Coleman.

"What's that?" asked Beverly.

"That my method works and I don't have to kill that boy." said Coleman.

"Thanks for sparing me....I think." said Charles.

"Well since I'm up I've better get ready to head downtown to free your mother." said oleman.

"I hope so I don't think my mom can last another day in jail." said Charles.

"Hey I'm a judge I'm able to get anybody out.  Charles you better go with me to the station because I was going to need all the help I can get." said Coleman.

"Cool we were just talking about that." said Charles.

"Yes we were." said Beverly.

"Hmm there's might be some hope for you after all Charles.  Let me get room service my treat." said Coleman.

The four of them had breakfast together and while Beverly watched the morning news on TV the others hurried and got showered and dressed for the day's activities.

Meanwhile, behind bars, Marla is standing in line with her fellow inmates holding a tray and waiting for breakfast to be slung on her plate.

"Uggghh.....they don't really expect us to EAT this crapola, do they?" she muttered, disgusted with the looks of it.

Sabrina was ahead of her in line.  "You'll get used to it after awhile," she replied.  "In fact, this is my favorite--potatoes and eggs!"

"Oh---is THAT what this is supposed to be?  You could've fooled me...." Marla remarked, turning up her nose.

They sat down at the table together and Sabrina continued sizing Marla up.

"You know, to be locked up, you sure are prissy.  What are you in here for anyway?" she asked, amused.

Marla knew better than to let her guard down and confide in Sabrina or anyone else, so she flashed a sly smile and replied,  "I'm a terrorist."

Marla's response wasn't at all what Sabrina expected her to say, and it showed on Sabrina's face.

"Surprised?" Marla asked as she picked over her food.

"IMPRESSED is more like it," Sabrina admitted, correcting her.

"Really?  You don't look like the type," Marla remarked.

"Don't let these goldilocks fool you, honey," she said as she tossed her hair back.

"Don't worry---I won't," Marla replied.

"I hope you've got yourself a good attorney.  You're gonna need one with those kinda charges," Sabrina continued.

Marla decided to play along and see what she could find out about Sabrina, so she asked,  "Do you know any good attorneys?"

"I hear there's one in town.  He's very good.  Goes by the name of Wes Benjamin," Sabrina answered.

The hairs on the back of Marla's neck stood up.

"You looked surprised!" said Sabrina.

"More like caught off guard." said Marla.

"Why you know him?" asked Sabrina.

"Lets just say we've met one or two occasions." said Marla not giving Sabrina the whole details.

"Well if you do know him personally I would get in contact with him soon because he seems to be the only one that can get you out of this mess." said Sabrina.

Meanwhile Robin, Lulu and Tawanna finally arrived at the ship.

"Welcome guys" said the Headmaster.

"Hey it's good seeing you again sir." said Robin.

"Good seeing youstudents as well.  I'm sure you all have a great holiday?" asked Headmaster.

"We sure did!" said Robin.

"Yeah it was great being back on shore." said Lulu.

"My Holiday was alriiight." said Tawanna.

"Robin and Lulu since you two was gone the longest I'm sure that you have finished the extra assignments I gave you while you two away?" asked The Headmaster.

"Well  I can't speak for Lulu but all my work is done and I should be caught up." said Robin.

"Good..Lulu?" asked Headmaster.

"Oooooh ummm I'm almost finished." said Lulu as she knew she didn't do all of her homework.

"Why I'm not surprised?  Have the work finished in 48 hours." said The Headmaster.

"Yes sir!" said Lulu.

"I hope you all ready for the teen weekend at Hawaii." said Headmaster.

"You know I am I can't wait to see Cassie." said Robin.

"Robin don't forget Charles is there as well." said Lulu.

"And Charles himself!  You know Cassie FIANCE'" said Tawanna.

"Yeah I know I'm aware of that." said Robin.

"You don't act like it." said Tawanna.

"What does that suppose to men?" asked Robin.

"You guys we're back on board lets not ruined it by fighting." said Lulu.

"W won't I just reminding Robin who he needs to spend time with." said Tawanna.

"Hey I wanna spent the whole time drinkng cocnuts juice...off of Lulu's body." said Robin.

"Robin shut up the Headmaster is listening." said Lulu.

batman642

The Headmaster cleared his throat and gave Robin a stern look.

"Young man, I'd like a word with you.  Step into my office," he told Robin.

Lulu and Tawanna looked nervous for Robin.

"Boo, we're going to our room, k?"

"Sure thing.  I'll see you in a bit," Robin agreed as he followed the Headmaster into the office.

The Headmaster closed the door.

"Have a seat, Robin."

Robin sat in the chair across from the Headmaster's desk and the Headmaster sat behind the desk.

"That remark you made to Miss Paloma about her body---"

"Sir---please accept my apology.  It was a joke---in poor taste," Robin admitted.

"What I was going to say before you interrupted me is.........that remark reminded me of a conversation you and I had in this very office last year."

Robin gulped as he tried to remember.

"You told me about the dilemma you had--getting some young woman pregnant---and then her having a miscarriage."

Then Robin remembered the conversation.   "Oh.......that......" he said quietly, deep in thought.

"Yes, Robin.  THAT!"

"Well, it's all cleared up Sir.  Everyone has moved on.  The young woman you're talking about almost married someone else over the holidays and Lulu and I were gonna attend her wedding.  And Lulu and I are engaged," Robin explained.

The Headmaster nodded his head approvingly.

"Very nice," he commended Robin.  "But do you remember the advice I gave you when you came to me last year on how to handle the situation?"

Robin looked embarrassed.  "Sir, you have no idea all the crap that has gone on since then!  I'm lucky I can remember my own name!" he complained.

The Headmaster chuckled.  "Always treat people the way you want to be treated, Robin," he reminded him.

"Oh.......right........now I remember," Robin replied deep in thought.

"So no more disparaging remarks about young women's body parts.  Deal?" he asked as he stood up, signaling that the conversation was over.

Robin stood and extended his hand to the Headmaster.  "I understand, Sir.  I'll try to be more .......???"

"Discreet," the Headmaster said helping him find the word.

"Yeah, that's it---discreet!" Robin agreed.

The two shook hands and the Headmaster walked Robin to the door.  "Try very hard Robin," he advised.  "Very hard!"

Robin left the office and headed for his room.  As he waited for the elevator, he thought about the Headmaster's advice.

Meanwhile back at the household Lizzie look around the hallway to make sure the coast was clear so she can get Kendra back to the bedroom.  Suddenly Lizzie saw Tay walking down. "Tay." she whispered.  Then Lizzie threw a roll of toliet paper at Tay.

"Owwww what is wrong with you?" snapped Tay as she spotted Lizzie.

"Help me get Kendra back to my room." said Lizzie.

"God that bathroom stinks!  What did you girls do in there urggh!" disgusted Tay.

"Kendra got sick okay now shut up and get her back to the room." said Lizzie.

"Alright but dang could've atleas put some air freshner in the bathroom." said Tay as helped carry Kendra back to the room.

"Hi Tay I'm sorry that I'm like this." said embarrassd Kendra.

"Whatever!  Anyway I told you about drinking and look what happened?  Andwill try not to speak your breath stink." said Tay.

Soon they have finally got her into the room.

"Tay closed the door." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie how long are you going to keep her in here?" asked Tay.

"I don't know!  Probably when she's sober and gets back on her feet again." said Lizzie.

batman642

Then Lizzie's phone rang.

"Oh God!  Who could THAT be now?" she asked outloud as she picked up her phone and checked.

It was Robin.

"Robin?  Hi....." Lizzie said, sounding strange.

"Hey Shorty.  I told you I'd call you when I got on the boat and I'm keeping my word," he said, proud of himself.

"Gee......thanks....." she replied, still sounding strange.

"Something wrong?  You sound funny," Robin remarked.

"Well.......sort of....." she began.

Robin listened while explained her situation with Kendra.

"Wow looks like you really got yourself into a quite a pickle shorty." said Robin.

"Yeah thanks to her now my parents think I'm not feeling well and I probably won't see Andrew." said Lizzie.

"Where is Kendra now?" asked Robin.

"She's in her room now sleeping.  She got one quite of a hangover." said Lizzie.

"Hey that's what happens you can't hold your liquor.  Your stomach will eventually turn against you." said Robin.

"You can say that again and boy did Kendra stomach turned bigtime.  Now I have to clean the bathroom up." said Lizzie.

"I don't mean to sound like a downer but I really think you are way over your head on this one." said Robin.

"Robin, Kendra is my friend I have to help her." said Lizzie.

"But Lizzie she's an alcoholic!  Kendra got a serious problem." said Robin.

"I know but Kendra needs my help.  Kendra said it herself." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie I know you're trying to help and all.  And your heart is in the place.  That's one of the things I really like about you." said Robin.

"Really!?!" asked Lizzie as she begin to blush.

"Of course you remind so much of myself." said Robin.

"Well grerat mind do think alike." said Lizzie.

"Yeah but as someone once told me you can't save everybody." said Robin.

"Kendra really seems to me she want my help Robin." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie, let me tell you something.  The only way this person can be help is when a person start helping themselves.  Now does Kendra really want help?" asked Robin.

"She seems like it.  Kendra even said it herself." said Lizzie.

"Well it's a start." said Robin.

"You really don't think I can help Kendra do you?" asked Lizzie.

"Lizzie I just want you to be careful.  Remember you're dealing with an straight up Alcoholic. I've seen people in Kendra's state even worst.  So don't be surprise if she relaspes or lie about her getting better." said Robin.

"Robin trust me I know what I'm doing.  Anyway I learned alot from you." said Lizzie.

"Thanks but you are not planning on letting her stay here are you?" asked Robin.

"Of course not but I don't know what do with her." said Lizzie.

"All I can say is let her crash in your room until she is completely and once she is back to normal you got to get her out of the house because If I know your folks they will get suspiciously and they will eventually find out." said Robin.

"I hear you Robin and thanks for listening to my problems." said Lizzie.

batman642

Robin hung up the phone, shaking his head in disbelief.  Then he started unpacking and settling down into his room.

Lulu and Tawanna were doing the same thing in their room.

"I gotta get my assignments done!" Lulu said as she pulled out her books and plopped down onto her bed.

"Lulu, you are so trifling.  You had all that time to do your work, and you was acting like you were all ready to get back to work and you ain't even finished your homework!" Tawanna accused.

"It was an honest mistake---I got distracted," Lulu explained as she wrote feverishly.

"Yeah......that's what happens when you're 17 and ENGAGED!" Tawanna replied loudly.

"Don't start T!" Lulu warned, glaring up at her from her notebook.

"A'ite....a'ite.......I'm JUST sayin...." she said, backing off.  "I'ma leave you alone and go bug Rob," she announced.

That was the straw that broke the camel's back.  Lulu sighed and rolled her eyes, throwing her pen down on the bed.

"TAWANNA!!!  Can't you ever just be nice?!" she screamed.

Tawanna's eyes expanded to the size of golf balls.  "I"m ALWAYS nice!  I don't know WHAT you talkin bout!" she snapped.

"We just got back on the ship---give Robin a break----give me a break!  You were all up in our grill on the train for Christ sake!" Lulu shouted.

"Girrrrrrl............. you better be glad I'm in a good mood today!  I'ma let you slide THIS TIME, Lulu!  But don't you EVER come outta your face like that again---you hear me?  Or I'ma have to set you straight once and for all!" she threatened.

"Whatever T!  You don't scare me!" Lulu replied, irritated.  She picked up her pen and notebook and started writing again.

"Yeah..... you BEST get back to them books and leave ME alone!" Tawanna taunted before leaving the room and slamming the door behind her.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaargghh!!!!!!!!!!!!" Lulu exploded, stressed.

Less than five minutes later, Tawanna was banging on Robin's door in a fit of rage.
Candygwen

"Oh no I know that bang anywhere...Go Away Tawanna I'm busy!!!" annoyed Robin.

"Boy you know ain't doing nothin' open this door NOW!!!" snapped Tawanna.

"Not on the hair on my chinny chin chin!" said Robin.

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and blow this damn door down!" yelled Tawanna.

"Gulp I'll believe you'll do it to." said Robin as he felt threaten and opened the door.

"Took you long enough!" said Tawanna.

"This better be important!" said Robin.

"All I'm going to say is you've better check your girl Lulu.  She is trippin' bigtime." said Tawanna.

"What did she do?  matter of fact what did you do to have her trip?" asked Robin.

"All I said was she was lazy because she was caught up in y'all lame engagement." said Tawanna.

"Oh gee I couldn't imagine why she got upset>" said Robin sarcasticly.

"You just want to get slap don't you?" snapped Tawanna.

"Look T I'm not justifying Lulu's action for not doing her work but I can understand why she is frustrated we just came off a very long train ride." said Robin.

"Can you please talk to her or you still busy trying to hook up with Charles fiancee'?" asked Tawanna.

"Tawanna which part of there's nothing going on between me and Cassie don't you understand?" asked Robin.

"Oops bad!  You and Cassie talked and now you are creepin with her little sister." said Tawanna.

"That did it!!!  Not only you are annoying but you are sick as hell!" said Robin as he got up and getting ready to leave.

"Where the hell are you going?" asked Tawanna.

"Taking your advice and going to hang out with Lulu it's the only way I can stay away from you." said Robin.

"Fine! While you are at it maybe you can finally be man enough to set a wedding date instead of stringing my girl Lulu around like you always do." said Tawanna.

Robin stormed out of his room leaving Tawanna alone with Robin's laptop.

"Hmm Robin's laptop. And look he's still on the internet let me see some of the Cassie's emails he got." said Tawanna.

Soon as Tawanna was about to go into Robin's email, Robin returned to the suite to grabbed his laptop.

"I'll relieve you with that if you don't mind." said Robin as he got his laptop.

"Whatever I'm going to get something to eat.  I'll be back when you and your little future wfey decides to cool down." said Tawanna.

As soon as Tawanna left Robin went to see Lulu to check on her.

"Hey gorgeous is everything alright?" Robin asked.

batman642

Lulu looked up from her notebook at Robin as he stood besides the bed as she wrote.

"Is Tawanna really mad?" she asked, worried and biting her lip, feeling regret.

Robin made a weird face.  "She's mad alright," he joked.  "Mad, as in stark-raving mad.....out of her mind mad.....certifiably crazy!"

Lulu giggled.  "Oh Boo.......you always know how to make me feel better," she sighed, relieved.

"Don't worry about, Tawanna.  You know how she is," Robin consoled her as he sat on the bed next to her and massaged her shoulders.

"That feels good......" she sighed as she closed her eyes and relaxed.

"That's right, release all of that tension," he told her.  Then he started to kiss the back of her neck.

"You're not helping, Robin......" she said as she tensed up again.  "I have work to do!" she objected.

"I know, I know......" he said, ignoring her protests.  "Just give me a few minutes," he whispered persuasively in her ear.

"And I'm warning you......do NOT rip off my clothes!" she said sternly.

"It's not even gonna be like that," he promised.  "I just want some quiet time with you before we get back to business as usual."

"Quiet time?" she asked.

"Yeah, that's what I said.  I thought we were gonna enjoy the train ride together, but you-know-who ruined that for us, soooo....I just want to hold you and make sure you know I love you," he said softly.

"Oh my God, Boo.....you are SO romantic...." she gushed as she snuggled up next to him on the bed, pushing her books on the floor.

"What can I say?  I try," he replied with a grin.

"Well you're doing a good job, because I'm feeling really loved right about now," she assured him as they cuddled quietly.

"Cool.  Mission accomplished," he told her.  "Now.......just one more thing......"

"What's that?" she wondered.

"Lemme see those cute feet of yours!" he said, tickling her.

"Booooooo!!!!  What happened to QUIET time???" she squealed, laughing and giggling as he tore off her socks.

"I Lied!" said Robin as he continued tickling Lulu's feet.

"Boo you are so going to get it." said Lulu laughing uncontrolably.

Meanwhile back in Hawaii Charles and Coleman got ready to head downtown to free Marla.  The two took waited and took a cab .  While riding downtown Coleman explain to Charles what to do.

"Alright Charles when we get there you let me do all the talking okay. " said Coleman.

"Okay sir!" said Charles.

"Don't say nothing." said Coleman.

"Why not! My mother is in there and is accused of a horrific crime?" asked Charles.

"Because we want whole to get well.  Anything ou say they will twist it around and use it against us.  We cannot afford any foul out.  You are in a different territory Charles.  And when comes to terrorist crimes these people don't play." said Coleman.

"I feel like a puppet." said Charles.

"I know you care about your mother but this is out of your hands right now so let me deal with them.  We're going to get your mother out of this mess.  I promise you." said Coleman.

"Thanks Gramps...I mean Judge Bradshaw." said Charles.

"Anything to make my granddaughter happy." said Coleman.

Meanwhile back at Lincoln Heights Andrew was in the hospital anxious to see Lizzie again.

batman642

"Nurse, what time does visiting hours begin?" he asked anxiously when the RN came into his room.

She smiled.  "Expecting someone special?" she asked.

Andrew looked a little embarrassed.

"I'm sorry," she apologized, "I didn't mean to put you on the spot like that, Andrew.  Visiting hours starts at 12."

"Thanks," he replied.  "And you didn't put me on the spot," he added with a little smile.

"Good," she said relieved.  "Sometimes my mouth gets me in trouble," she admitted.

Andrew laughed, glancing at the clock at the same time.  It was 12:05, so Lizzie should be coming any minute--or so he hoped.

"I've got some lunch for you," the RN told him.  "Special delivery---I don't usually serve food," she informed him.

"Thanks for the first class service," he joked.  "What is it?" he asked as she set the tray in front of him.

"What else?  Meatloaf!" she replied.

"Yum!" he said, excitedly rubbing his hands together and licking his lips.  "I'm starved!"

She chuckled.  "Oh yes.....you are DEFINITELY getting better!" she remarked.

"Well they didn't give me any breakfast!" he complained.

She looked at him sympathetically. "I know, I know....and I'm sorry about that.  But when you get a cat scan, you're not supposed to eat anything," she explained.

"Oh," he said with a nod as he started woofing down his food.

"Well," she said as she let out a sigh, "I guess you've got everything you need so I'll be making my rounds now.  Buzz me if you need anything else."

"I will.  Thanks alot, Nurse," he said.

She chuckled.  "I'm sorry!  I didn't even tell you my name!  I'm Liz," she said.

His eyebrows went up in disbelief.

"Something wrong?" she asked, noticing the change in his facial expression.

"Oh---no!  It's just.....well......my girlfriend's name is Liz.  Lizzie actually," he explained.

"Ah........" she replied, putting two and two together and nodding her head.  "So is that who you're waiting for?"

"Yes.  I can't wait to see her!" he admitted.

"That's sweet.  Well.......I hope she doesn't disappoint you, Andrew," Liz said as she left the room.

"Meanwhile back at the Sutton Household Jenn went to check on Lizzie.  Jenn knocked on the door.

"Owwww my head!" cried Kendra as she still tried to get over her hangover.

Lizzie quietly snuck out the door.

"Hi mom." said Lizzie.

"Lizzie are you okay?" asked Jenn.

"Mom I'm feeling great." said Lizzie.

"Are you sure.  Tay told me you weren't feeling well." said Jenn.

"I've been told when Nate sent me a plate of dad special omellette." said Lizzie.

Jenn felt Lizzie's forehead to make sure she wasn't coming down with anthing.

"Mom what are you doing?  I'm fine!' said Lizzie.

"I know but as a nurse I want to make sure.  You can't be to careful these days.  If you're sick we can't take you to see Andrew." said Jenn.

"Mom I'm feeling great honestly." said Lizzie.

"You're sure?" asked Jenn concerned.

"I'm positive!" said Lizzie.

"Alright get ready because we are leaving in five mintues." said Jenn.

"Sure thing mom." said Lizzie.

Lizzie return to her room.

"Tay I need you to keep an eye on Kendra." said Lizzie.

"What for?" asked Tay.

"Tay I have to visit Andrew at the hospital." said Lizzie.

"Forget it!  I got plans for today.  I'm not babysitting Kendra so you can see your latino boyfriend." said Tay.

"Tay please!" begged Lizzie.

"And what if I don't?" asked Tay.

"Then I'll tell mom and dad that you have been sneaking sugar cookies to school." said Lizzie.

"Fine but you better not take too long." said Tay.

"Tay will only be out for a couple of hours." said Lizzie.

"Yeah right!" said Tay not convinced.

"You guys keep it down! I'm trying to rest." said Kendra.

"Tay she's in bed.  She can't caused that much trouble." said Lizzie.

"Fine is there anything else your majesty?" asked Tay.

"Yeah clean up the bathroom before mom and dad and Nate goes in there." said Lizzie.

"Thanks alot." said Tay sarcasticly.

batman642

The Suttons finally got ready and left for the hospital along with Lizzie.  On the way, they stopped and picked up Andrew's mother.

By the time they got to his hospital room, it was almost 2pm and Andrew had eaten and fallen off to sleep.

"Oh....look at my beautiful boy.  He sleeps so peaceful...." his mother sighed quietly as they stood over his bed looking at him.

"Maybe we'd better let him rest," Lizzie remarked unable to hide the fact that she was disappointed he was asleep.

Jenn put her arm around Lizzie's shoulders.  "That's a good idea, but I tell you what----why don't you hang around until he wakes up?"

"I can stay?" she asked, her spirits perking up.

"Sure, I don't see why not.  Your father and I drove you all the way down here---might as well make it worth our while."

"Yeah, Lizzie, your mom's right.  We can go visit Grandpa Spencer until you're ready to leave.  Just call us and we'll pick you up," Eddie agreed.

So Eddie and Jenn left the hospital and went to visit Spencer at his house.  Lizzie was happy and relieved she could wait with Mrs. Ortega for Andrew to awaken and visit with him.  She was so happy that she forgot all about Kendra and Tay.

Meanwhile back in Hawaii Cassie and Beverly was heading down to Spa.

"Wow this place is so big." said Cassie.

"Yeah I can move in here and never leave." said Beverly.

"I have to admit Grandma I was a bit surprise when you and Grandpa Bradshaw showed up but I'm glad you came." said Cassie.

"I happy that I can spend time with my granddaughter." said Beverly.

Cassie smile.

"So tell me are you having a good time?" asked Beverly.

"No!  I'm having a great time.  These past few days have been a blast.  I haven't had this much fun when I went to New York & Italy." said Cassie.

"What about Utah?" asked Beverly.

"Utah nice.  The trip started off rocky but Utah was a nice trip." said Cassie.

"So Cassie what do you want the regular, the special or the works?" asked Beverly.

"I don't want to over do it.  I'll take the special." said Cassie.

"Oh Cassie will you live alittle.  I'm taking care of everything remember?" Beverly mentioned.

"Alright I'll take the works." said Cassie.

"Now that's how I like to hear my granddaughter talk." said Beverly.

batman642

Beverly and Cassie spent the whole day getting the works:  Swedish Massages, Customized Facials, Wraps, Lavender Dead Sea Salt Scrubs, Manicures and Pedicures.

"Grandma, I feel like.....like a princess!!" Cassie exclaimed when it was all over and looked at herself in the mirror.

Beverly laughed.  "You LOOK like a princess!" she agreed.  Then she corrected herself.  "No, I take that back--you look like a QUEEN.  A beautiful, african american queen!"

Cassie looked at heself in the mirror--her skin was glowing, her hair was shining, her eyes were sparkling.  She couldn't believe it was really her--she had never looked like this before.

"Wait until Charles sees me......." she remarked, mesmerized by her own beautiful reflection.

Beverly gave Cassie a loving squeeze as she stood next to her in front of the full length mirror.

"I'm glad you're pleased.  After all that you've been through, you deserve to feel beautiful again," she said.

Cassie hugged Beverly.   "Thank you SO much, Grandma!"

Beverly paid the cashier and then they started on their way back to the Resort.

"I wonder how did things go at the jail?" Cassie said, making conversation as they sat and waited for their limo.

"We'll find out soon enough, dear," Beverly replied.

Meanwhile at the police station Coleman was having a personal chat with Hawaiian authorities.

"Let me get this straight you want us to release Mrs. Antoni out of prison?" asked the DA.

"Absolutely!" said Coleman.

"But she's being charged with terrorism." said the DA.

"I can assure you that this woman is not a terrorist." said Coleman.

"But she had a gun and a large amount of money." said the DA.

"Yeah and your point is?" asked Coleman.

"The point she could've possibly held up an airplane." said The DA.

"Maybe but just because she was carrying a huge amount of money doesn't mean she's terrorist." said Coleman.

"Look just because you are bigtime judge back in San Diego doesn't mean we can release her just oout of the blue." said The DA.

"Great my mom is fucked now!" upset Charles.

"Charles watch your mouth!  Remember what is I have told you earlier in the cab?  Excuse him his momma didn't teach him any home training.  They are from lower class they have no manners." said Coleman.

"HEY THAT'S AN INSULT AND A STEROTYPE ABOUT US!!!" snapped Charles.

"CHARLES!!!" muttered Coleman.

"You should put that boy on a leash." said the DA.

"I GOT YOUR LEASH RIGHT HERE. YOU RELEASE MY MOTHER RIGHT NOW!!!" snapped Charles.

Coleman quickly held him back and whisper in his ear.

"Boy if you don't calm down you are going to blow the whole thing now sit down!" warned Coleman.

"Fine!" said Charles with an attitude.

"Sir I can prove to you that this woman is not a terrorist." said Coleman.

"Okay we got all day!  Give us everything you got." said The DA.

"With pleasure." said Coleman.

batman642

The Judge proceeded to show the D.A. information about Marla Antoni's past lottery winnings which explained how she was able to have such a large amount of money in her possession.  Then he explained the connection between Marla and Cassie and that Marla had come to Hawaii with all of that money to pay Cassie's ransom, but because the kidnappers were apprehended she was able to keep it and was trying to return home with it.

"And the gun?" the DA asked.  "What about the gun?"

"Well you don't expect an attractive, single, young woman, carrying millions of dollars NOT to have a gun, do you?  Obviously it was for her personal safety," Coleman replied.

"Yeah well that's all fine and dandy if it were a registered gun, but it's an ILLEGAL firearm.  She's got no permit!" the DA argued.

Coleman frowned and stepped aside to where Charles was sitting and sat down next to him.

"Do you have any idea why your mother's gun wasn't registered?" he whispered.

Charles still had an attitude as he thought about Coleman's question.  He was embarrassed to bring up his mother's sordid past and family tree, but he decided to swallow his pride for her sake.

"Let's just say my mother isn't from the most law abiding family in the world," he replied, hoping the Judge would understand what he meant.

Coleman being the intelligent man that he was understood exactly what Charles meant.

"Mob ties," he said.

Charles nodded, and Coleman bowed his head, deep in thou
