Thanks Americana876 creating this blog for me and Candygwen and LH fans. We really needs this so I better get started.
It has been three or four months since Cassie, Charles,Lizzie, Dana, Robin, Lulu, & The Twins left their wonderful summer beachhouse home. As Cassie and Lizzie return to the Hieghts things has not gotten any better for Cassie and the Sutton family. Especially Cassie and Charles. Cassie has been held hostage with Charles at her own house, Her and Charles were caught on camera making love. Cassie and Charles called off their engagement again. Charles was almost seduce by Sabrina, Sage kept getting the best of Cassie, Cassie was almost attacked at her junior prom and the Sutton family suffer a earthquake and their house is burning down. Cassie was really hurting. What really hurt is two of Cassie's closet friends Robin and Lulu aren't there to console her because four months ago Robin and Lulu signed up to take a semester on a cruise ship for six months. Cassie misses her friends terribly especially Robin. She sometimes wish she had ended up with Robin instead of Charles.

She wipes away her tears, disgusted with herself. Here I am thinking about ROBIN as my house is burning down in front of my eyes!! What's WRONG with me? she wonders.

Well i did have a separate connection with robin, and he didnt cause as much drama as charles thought cassie..but this is horrible charles and me just lived at the beach house for the summer .......and now the house is gone or it will cost too much to fix the damnages. But beside her charles had his own thoughts: When and do i tell the suttons and cassie about the cash i found in the attic?? Can me and cassie live through this.. because i dont think she'll see me the same since i let Mac die, thought Charles
Then Charles turned to Cassie. "Are you alright beautiful?" asked Charles. But Cassie just turned away from Charles. Is she still mad at me? What don't she understands that Mac has to die. He was going to kill us said Charles to himself.

For now im gonna just leave alone cassie and not mention anything unless she does. he thought
Meanwhile Jenn was in horror and total shock at what she had heard about ten miniutes earlyer. Eddie lets go to my parents house and rest this is horrible just looking at it. Jenn pleaded... Ok that seems that's whats best for now anyway and i have my cell in case Nates condition changes. Cassie and charles are you and the twins coming too, since the beach house n charles mom's house were damnaged too?? He asked ...I''m coming dad but Charles isnt..he has some stuff to do for his mom. "But Cassie!!!" shouted Charles.
"Look Charles you need to be there for your mother and tell her what's been going on." said Cassie.
"I'm not going to do that Cassie." said Charles.
"I cannot live like this Charles. Why did you have let Mac die? cried Cassie.
"So you want me to let him live so he can come and kill the both of us? How naive can you get? I finally glad that he is dead. He is finally out of lives for good. Hopefully he will stay dead this time." said Charles.
"You are impossible!!!" shouted Cassie as she walked away and grabbed the twins.
Meanwhile Lizzie was worrying and hoping that nate will pulled through and Tay was feeling more and more neglected.

Lizzie sighed sadly. "Don't worry, Chuck, you know how selfish Cassie can be," she comforted him.
"Yeah, dude," Tay added. "Don't pay my crazy sister any mind--you know you can come with us. We're ALL family."
Charles was relieved that he had some support. "Thanks guys," he replied. "That means alot coming from the two of you," he admitted.
"I'll go get Cassie," Lizzie volunteered as she ran after her sister and the twins.

"Lizzie please go, in need to be alone"said cassie
"Cassie if we needed family at anytime..its now, our house is burning to the ground"scramed lizzie as she ran
Charles ran up to cassie, "its not safe here please go in the car with you family or take my truck but where in the hell do You get off lieing to your family about my where abouts?? you know my mom's in vegas again! He screamed

Charles please I just need some space. screamed Cassie.
"No not this time Cassie. We are in this together." said Charles.
"Together Charles. We just let your step father died." said Cassie.
"Cassie he's a sick man. If wwas for the better. Cassie please lets go with the family they really needs us." said Charles.
"Excuse me are you two coming or what?" asked Eddie.
"Sure thing sir." said Charles.
So they all hop in the car and left while their house was burned down. Meanwhile on the cruise ship sea school Robin was studying his biology and trying to stay awake because the last three nights he's been having bad dreams that Cassie was in trouble.
"What am I doing? Why am I keep dreaming about Cassie? I'm taking classes on this cruise ship. Having a time of my life. I'm am having a great time hanging out with my girlfriend and I'm thinking about Cassie. I haven't heard from Cassie lately. I better text her to see whatsup. Wait a minute one of the reason why I went along going to this sea school is to keep my mind off of Cassie and to be with Lulu. And to get away from my dad. I can't believe he gave that manager job to that prick. I should be running the Rev. But I can't worrying about Cassie. I'm sure that she is okay and having fun with Charles." said Robin.
Then Lulu came in the room with a snack.

"lulu, i'm starving thanks huh"said robin grabing a cookie and sandwhich
"Are you ok, you seemed worried, or perperpexed about something??"said lulu
"I'm fine this is about us and our future lulu, of course i miss our friends, but i know we'll see them again"said robintrying to convence her. But lulu knew something was up and decided to text cassie a little later......

"Robin I am so glad you talk me into going to this sea school. This turned out better than I expected." said Lulu.
"Yeah who knew going to school on a ship can so much fun." said Robin.
"Well despite spending 8 hours of class it is." laughed Lulu.
"This is a wonderful opportunity." said Robin.
"Yeah for once your dad had a great idea." said Lulu.
"I should beat up my father more often."laughed Robin.
"I can't believe they let your father out of jail and talk your mother into going to sea school because he claims that Charles and Cassie are bad influences on you." said Lulu.
"I know but the only reason my mom went along is because it was a great opportunity for me to learn more about the world and she wants more pictures of me and you together." said RObin.
"Yeah Mike's plan actually backfire because I'm attending sea school with you." said Lulu as she kiss Robin.
"And you won't to have to worry about me having my sexapade with anyone else." said Robin.
"Robin I'm so over the crusie incident with you & Cassie having sex. I trust you now." said Lulu.
"We can have our very own sexapade Lulu." said Robin kissing Lulu.
"Robin are you sure you alright. You look you haven't slept in awhile." worried Lulu.
"Everything is fine." said Robin

Meanwhile back in the overcrowded Sutton car, Charles gets an idea. "Mr. Sutton, sir?" he started.
"Yes, Charles, what is it?"
"My mom's house is probably still in good shape. Her neighborhood wasn't affected by the quake I don't think."
"You're, right," Eddie agreed. "I didn't hear her neighborhood mentioned on the news."
"So, sir, my mom is away and I know she wouldn't mind us all crashing there. She's got loads of room."
"I don't know about that," Eddie sounded unsure.
"No, really, Mr. Sutton. It'll be fine. Anyway, she's so grateful to you for coming to her rescue when Mike attacked her, so she'll be happy to return the favor any way she can," Charles assured him.
"That's a good idea, Charles," Cassie said. "Mrs. A's house is alot closer than grandma and grandpa Bradshaw's house and it's way too crowded in this car!"
"Eddie, she's right," Jenn added. "And I think I'm starting to smell one your grandkid's pampers!"
"Wow, Chuck, your mom's house is junk!" Lizzie said excitedly. "I was there once with my mom and aunt Vera when Cassie was with you in Italy."
"No kidding!" Charles responded, surprised. "I didn't know you were at my mom's....."
"So Dad are we going?" Cassie interrupted.
"I guess it makes sense," Eddie decided. "Just point me in the right direction, Charles!"
And so they headed out to Mrs. Antoni's.

When they got to Mrs. Antoni's house it was just what they expect. The house is in great shape. So they all got out of the car and took sleeping Natalie, and the twins to the house and put them the nursery room and let them sleep.
"Wow this place is a palace." said Tay.
"Well don't get too used to it because we are not staying long." said Eddie.
"What do you mean Eddie?" asked Jenn.
"First thing tomorrow I'm going to get up and see how bad the house is burnt. So we can pay for the damages." said Eddie.
"How are we going to pay to rebuild the house? You're suspended and the clinic doesn't pay that much." said Jenn.
"Hey I can asked my mom for money." said Charles.
"No way forget it." said Eddie.

"No Mr. Sutton. It will be a pleasure to help, and I'm sure my mom won't mind. I even have some money stashed away", said Charles thing of his newly-found money.
"Well if you really want to helpp Charles I would appericate it. Thank you", said Jenn relieved, "and I'm sorry about Mac. He may not have been a great person, but I knew he did do good once in his lifetime".
Charles reflected on the times Mac taught him to repair cars. "Yeah I guess, but what goes around comes around".
Cassie looked at him still angry.

"Cassie, honey," Jenn said, turning her attention to her daughter, "I know you've been through alot today.....we all have....but don't let the earthquake overwhelm you so much that you get your priorities mixed up," she advised.
"What are you talking about, mom?" Cassie asked.
"Cassie, Collin's pamper needs to be changed! He stinks for crying out loud!" Jenn complained holding her nose.
Cassie let out an aggravated grunt and started after Collin who was laughing and running in circles while Kalie chased him. Charles caught Cassie's arm and gently pulled her back. "No, Cassie, I'll take care of it," he offered. "You sit down and rest," he said pointing at the elegant leather sofa.
Cassie slowly sat down, a little embarrassed that Charles was being so nice while she was being so mean. "Thanks," she said softly.
"It's no problem," he told her. "Hey Collin! Get over here!"
Collin giggled and ran in the opposite direction but Charles caught him easily and scooped him up in his arms.
"Peeeeuuuuu! You DO stink!" Charles told his son. "Let's get upstairs and clean you up PRONTO!"
"PRONTO!!!!" Kalie screamed happily at her father and brother.
Jenn stood with her hand on her hip and watched Charles take Colin up the winding staircase to the nursery. She shook her head, turned to her daughter and told Cassie, "You've got a good guy, Cassie. You NEED TO BE a little NICER to him, don't you think?"
Cassie sighed. "You don't understand mom...."
Jenn sat next to her on the couch and put her arm around her. "I'm listening."

"Look mom I can't talk right now. I just need to be alone." said Cassie.
"Cassie I'm here when you ready to talk." said Jenn.
"Is everything alright with Cassie?" asked Eddie.
"She's upset Eddie. This is devasting." said Jenn.
"I know I'm upset too. Look about Nate...I can explain." said Eddie.
"Eddie please I don't even want to talk about that right now. Our kids and grandkids needs us right now. And we really need to stick together on this." said Jenn as she walked away.
"Jenn where are you going?" asked Eddie.
"To check on Natalie." said Jenn.

Jenn went up to check on Natalie and found her sleeping in one of the bedrooms."Aww sweetie, I didnt know you were tired,"Jenn said covering her with a blanket and walking out the room after craking the door
Lizzie happened to be walking down the hall to have another word with tay. "Hey lizzie, you'll be sharing a room with nataile ok, we dont wanna mess up every room in marla's house"said Jenn
"Ok, mom I understand, I just hope that next time we only open the house to family....even if we have space it gets stressing and now we have Nate who's family"said the people conscience lizzie who was draned from everything that happened the last few days
"Lizzie we'll get through this dont worry i know it will be hard.......it just might take some time"said Jenn walking and over hearing a convo with cassie & charles
"Cassie how long are you gonna hate me...??"asked charles in their room
"I dont know charles like i said, i dont know you anymore.....you just let him die....charles.....your a murderer"screamed cassie
"Huh what have you forgotten that he molested me a few years back, he tryed to beat, kidnap you and we got into fights right before you started working a the rev for good??
"Charles i havent for got, im just afraid of going to jail... we did lie to that cop......"said cassie

"Look even if we did help Mac, he would not have made it anyway. No one could've survived that." said Charles.
"Maybe but I still don't think this is right." said Cassie.
"Cassie we didn't do anything wrong and we are not going to jail." said Charles.
Then suddenly Cassie recieved a text message from Lulu.
"What's going on?" asked Charles.
"Lulu text me!!! I have to read it later." said Cassie.
"How is Robin and Lulu doing at that new sea school?" asked Charles.
"You picked a fine time to asked a question like that." said Cassie.
"I'm trying to lighten the mood Cassie." said Charles.
"Charles just leave me alone." said Cassie as she stormed out the room.
"Cassie we need to talk." said Jenn.

"Mom...." Cassie whined, "I said LATER! Please...." She walked past Jenn and down the stairs to the living room. Jenn sighed, aggravated, and instead of following her daughter, went into the nursery to talk to Charles.

"Charles what is going on with Cassie?" asked Jenn.
Charles hesistated to talk.
"Charles please I know we've been through a rough ordeal. But I want to know what is going on between you and Cassie." said Jenn.
"You don't want to know Mrs. Sutton. Trust me!." said Charles.
"Charles you are a part of this family now so whatever it is it can't be that bad." said Jenn.
"Trust me it is." said Charles.
"Charles I'll understand just talk to me and I promise we will get through this." said Jenn.
"Alright but what you are going to hear you are not going to like me afterwards." said Charles.

Jenn sat in the rocking chair of the nursery and waited for Charles to start talking. He couldn't bear to look at her face to face so he went to the window and looked outside. Just as he started to speak, he saw a white Mercedes SLR McLaren Roadster coming down the street with a dark haired woman behind the wheel. He quickly left the window and headed for the door of the nursery.
"Charles!" Jenn said, standing up and trying to stop him, "You don't have to run away from me, you know!"
"It's not that Mrs. Sutton!" he replied excitedly, pointing to the window. "It's--it's my mom! She's pulling into the driveway right about now! Go see for yourself!"
Jenn ran to the window and saw Marla stepping out of the luxury vehicle, wearing a pair of oversized sunglasses and dressed impeccably. "Wow! She looks better and better each time I see her!" Jenn remarked, leaving the window and turning back to Charles.
But Charles had already left the nursery and was on his way down the stairs and out the door to welcome his mother back home.

"Mom" yelled Charles as he ran to his mother.
"Charles." cried Marla ran to hugged Charles.
"Thank God you alright!!! I saw the news about the Earthquake. I got back as quick as I could. Is Cassie and the twins alright?" asked Marla.
"Of course their fine!!! Cassie, the twins and her family are in the house. Unfortunely their house got burned down." said Charles.
"What?!?! Oh my God!!" stunned Marla.
"I told them they can stay here for awhile if it's alright with you." said Charles.
"Of course I can't see why not. They're part of this family." said Marla.

Charles took his mother's travel bag and they walked up the front steps together. "I wish you could've come back before the earthquake, Mom. So much has happened--you have no idea....."
Marla put her arm through her son's arm. "I don't like the sound of that, Charles," she admitted, worried. "Have you been having problems?"
Charles shook his head and chuckled. "You could say that," he answered sarcastically as they entered the house arm-in-arm.
She gave him a squeeze, glad to be back home. "Charles I was just a phone call away."
Charles sighed. "So was I, Mom," he replied sadly as he put her bag down in the foyer.
"Charles, that's not fair! I was trying to give you your space and not treat you like a kid! But if you were having problems, you should have let me know!" she protested. "I want to get out of these clothes and freshen up and then we're gonna sit down--just you and me--and have a nice long talk," she informed him. "Got that?"
"Sure Mom, whatever you say....." he answered in a low voice.
She took off her sunglasses and looked around. "Where is everybody?" she asked, changing the subject.
"EVERYBODY!" Charles shouted out loudly. "MY MOM'S BACK HOME!" he announced just as loud.
Cassie quickly emerged from the kitchen with Kalie wrapped around her leg. "Mrs. A!!" she screamed, delighted. "Kalie, look!" Cassie said pointing. "Your grandma's back!"
Kalie squealed and let go of Cassie and ran with open arms to Marla. Marla dropped to her knees just in time to embrace the little girl. She kissed Kalie over and over as the child giggled. Finally they broke apart and Marla looked her over. "God, I can't believe how she's grown! She could hardly walk at the beach house and now she's running!" she said amazed.
"I know," Cassie agreed as she joined them and gave Marla a hug. "Welcome home Mrs. A. We missed you..."
"Thanks Cassie. I'm so glad you're all okay! Everyone IS okay, right?" she asked guardedly.
"More or less," Cassie answered.
"Where's Collin?" Marla wanted to know.
"In the nursery with Mrs. Sutton," Charles replied. "Why don't you go up?" he suggested.
Marla smiled a little. "Look at this," she said playfully to Cassie, "he's trying to get rid of me already!"
She started up the stairs to the nursery and then stopped midway and turned back around. "Don't forget, Charles, just me and you a little later, alright?" she reminded him.
When she got up the stairs and out of hearing distance, Cassie asked, "Are you at least going to tell YOUR MOM the truth, Charles?"

"Cassie my mom just got in the house. Will you at least let her settled in." snapped Charles.
"I warning you Charles if you don't tell your mother what happened I will." warned Cassie.
"Look baby please." said Charles as he tried to hugged Cassie.
Then Cassie broke away from Charles.
"Don't touch me!!!" said upset Cassie.
"Cassie we did the right thing." said Charles.
Then Cassie went to bedroom and slammed the door in front of Charles.
"This is going to be a long night." said Charles.
Meanwhile back on the cruise sea school Robin fell asleep while studying and Lulu awas at his side. Robin started to have that same nightmare again. He dreamed about Cassie being in danger and crying for help. "ROBIN...ROBIN...HELP ME!!!" screamed Cassie. " Cassie" screamed Robin as he saw someone grabbed Cassie and then the ground was shaking and there was fire everywhere. Then Robin fell in the hole while hearing Cassie screaming for help. Then Robin saw he was going to a hot pit. Robin woke up screaming. Lulu calmed him down.
"ROBIN SWEETIE CALM DOWN!!! CALM DOWN. YOU JUST HAD ANOTHER BAD DREAM...shhhh it's another bad dream." said Lulu as she held Robin in her arms.
Robin finally calmed down.
"I gotta go and get some air." said Robin.
"Robin it's almost after curfew we suppose to stay in suites." said Lulu.
"I know I just need to get some air." said Robin.
"Robin you're scaring me!!!! This is the fourth time you have that nightmare. What is going on? Why are you having these nightmares?" worried Lulu.
"Lulu please I told you not to worry." said Robin.
"Robin you can tell me." said Lulu.
"Lulu just go back to your suite...I'll be fine." said Robin.
Lulu was starting to worry. Meanwhile Robin was on deck thinking about that dream he had.
"Why am I having these nightmares? It doesn't make any sense. And it involves Cassie." said Robin.
Then Robin is getting a strange feeling that Cassie maybe in some kind of trouble.
Meanwhile Lulu went back to her suite room with Twanna (sp) worried.
"Lulu is something wrong girl?" asked Tawanna.

Lulu sat on the bed next to Tawanna, shook her head sadly and sighed. "I dunno, Tawanna......" she began quietly. "Robin's been having nightmares lately and he cries out for Cassie."
Tawanna's surprise was apparent by her facial expression. "Get out! No he did not!" she replied indignantly.
Lulu nodded still looking sad. "He won't talk to me about it either...." she confided.
Tawanna groaned. "Girrrrrrllllllll......... that is NOT GOOD!" She put her arm around Lulu's shoulder for moral support. "But don't you worry," she comforted her, "cuz Rob's a good guy and he can't help what dreams pop into his head, Lu -- you know that....." she tried reasoning with her.
"But why won't he tell me anything?" Lulu asked, frustrated.
"You know how guys are! And anyway, are you SURE you'd wanna hear it? What if it's kinky? What if it's NASTY???" she asked dramatically.
Lulu gave her friend a dirty look. "You're NOT HELPING, T," she warned.
Tawanna covered her mouth and gasped. "Ooo sorry girlfriend, I got carried away. Don't pay me no mind, he ain't having no nasty dreams about Cassie!" she said trying to repair the damage.
"He better not be!" Lulu fumed. "You know what? I sent Cassie a text and she didn't even answer--that's not like her...." she said wondering.
"Hmm......." Tawanna replied, tapping her finger to her temple, "sounds like a mystery to me...." she concluded.
Lulu, sighed, still aggravated and sad and got up from the bed and went to her side of the suite. She pulled out her cellphone and started texting.
"You trying Cassie again?" Tawanna asked curiously.
"No. This time I'm texting Lizzie," Lulu decided. "I'm starting to think maybe something's not quite right back home, Tawanna," she said worried.
Tawanna looked a bit alarmed. "Girl, stop scaring me like that!" She pulled out her phone as well and started texting. "I'll try my mother. One of us should get an answer back!"
They sent their messages and then anxiously waited for word back from Lincoln Heights.
Meanwhile, out on deck, Robin leaned on the railing and stared out into the black ocean, collecting his thoughts.

Meanwhile at the manison Lizzie recieved the text from Lulu. Lizzie was suprised by the message, and decided to go and tell Cassie.
"Cassie, Lulu just sent me a message. Does she know about the earthquake? Did she text you?", said Lizzie.
Cassie stutently remimebered her message from Lulu. "Oh no, I totally forgot. She probaby thinks I am ignoring her. Excuse me Lizzie", said Cassie walking out of the room.
Lizzie was left confused and alone.
Downstairs Charles was helping his mother fix dinner.

"Alright now we are alone now!!! Can you please tell me what is going on?" asked Marla.
"It's a long story mom." said Charles.
"I have all day to make dinner try me." said Marla.
"Alright here is goes." said Charles.
Meanwhile back on the ship Robin went to Lulu's suite to aplogize to her and told her about the dream he's been having.

"That's not good," Lulu told Robin, concerned after hearing what the dream was about. "Let's hope that it's JUST A DREAM and nothing more!"
"And you say you texted Cassie and got no answer?" Robin asked.
"And Lizzie too," Lulu added. Just then, her phone beeped. "Hey! Talk about TIMING!" she remarked as she checked the text. "It's from Cassie!" she told him excitedly.
Lulu's heart dropped as she read the text about the earthquake and fires. Robin became alarmed as he watched the expression on her face change from one of excitement to one of horror.
"What is it?!" he demanded impatiently.
Lulu didn't know if she should tell him the truth or not.

"Lulu will you please talk? What is going on? worried Robin.
"You don't want to know." said Lulu.
"Cassie she in trouble isn't she?" asked Robin.
Lulu remain siliently.
"Lulu this is getting scary now. What happened?" said Robin being frustrated.
"Here see for yourself." said Lulu as she handed Robin the cell phone.

The cellphone slipped out of Robin's hand before he could get a good grip on it and it fell..
"Oh no!" Lulu cried as she watched her phone hit the floor and come apart.
"Crap!" Robin muttered as he dropped to his knees and searched for the missing battery. "Where could it be?" he said outloud as he looked under the bed and furniture.
Then he looked up at Lulu who was still standing, frozen with her mouth wide-opened in disbelief. "LULU! You just gonna stand there?" he shouted angrily.
Lulu jumped a little as she snapped out of it, and also got on her hands and knees looking for the battery. "I don't believe this is happening!" she complained, not finding it.
Tawana came out of the shower wrapped in just a towel and let out a squeal when she saw Robin. She quickly ran back in the bathroom. "What's going on?!" she yelled from inside.
"Sorry T!" Lulu apologized. Robin came by to talk, but -- long story short -- my phone dropped
and we're looking for the battery! Come out and help us!" Lulu urged.
"I'm not dressed!!" Tawana protested. "My pjs are on the bed--get them for me!"
Lulu sighed, aggravated as she got up from the floor and got the clothes for Tawanna and brought them to her in the bathroom. "Here! Hurry up and help us! Cassie sent me a text and I wanted Robin to read it but he dropped the phone before he could see it and now the battery has mysteriously disappeared!" she explained in a hurry.
Tawanna rolled her eyes as Lulu went back to help Robin search for the phone. She dressed and came out to help them. "And I thought I was a drama queen," she remarked sarcastically. "Why don't you just tell him AND ME what Cassie said in her text????" she asked, annoyed.

Then suddenly Robin found the batteries for the cell and he installed it in the cell phone. Meanwhile back at Mrs. Antoni's house Marla was getting very impatient with Charles as he hesitates to tell her what happened.
"Come on Charles I don't have all night...TALK!!!" shouted Marla.
"Alright alright I will talk sit down please." said Charles.
Marla sat down and listen.
"Let me explain everything." said Charles.
Charles told his mother everything that went on since him and Cassie got back from the beach house.
"And you didnn't call me Charles?" Ms. Antoni said as she poured salad dressing into the bowl.
"I couldn't have, i was so busy. Let me get to the point," Charles sighed as he was about to confide with his mother.
"Mack came back he was stalking me the whole time." said Charles.
"Oh my God I thought he was dead." shocked Marla.
"Well he's not he tried to kidnapped Cassie at our junior prom and when we had that earthquake Mack broke in the house and tried to kill me. But when the earthquake hit again part of the roof fell on top of Mack. Cassie wanted me to help but I refused. Charles looked a little embarrassed. "Mom...." he whined. "You know I love you! You weren't in the earthquake and the twins and Cassie were is all," he explained.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever Charles," she brushed him off. She picked up a forkful of salad and held it up to his mouth. "Here,"she said as she fed it to him, "how does it taste? Need more of something?" she asked, watching him eat it.
"Mmmmm.....just right! Perfect!" he complimented her. "I missed your cooking," he confessed.
"Well, I"m back now so get ready to put on some weight," she warned. "By the way, is there anything else you have to tell me?" she asked.

"Well I had an intern that didn't go very well." said Charles.
"Don't tell me you got fired." said Marla.
"No I pretty much quit...it's a long story." said Charles.
"Anything else?" asked Marla.
"Well Cassie call off our engagement...again and we had a pregnancy scared. We thought we were going to have another baby." said Charles.
"I don't want to hear anymore of this. Charles I thought you knew better. My God you already got two kids. What were you thinking?" angered Marla.
"I used protection." said Charles.
"That's not the point!!! When are you and Cassie going to learn?" asked Marla rolled her eyes.
"Well at least she's not pregnant again." said Charles.
"I am definitely staying here. It obvivious I can't leave you home by your by yourself" said Marla.

Meanwhile back on the ship Robin finally installed the batteries in the cell phone and saw Cassie's text message.

"See, Robin," Lulu started frantically, "this is exactly why I didn't want you to know! I hope your hands don't start that shaking thing like it did after you had the fight with your Dad!" she said nervously watching him.
"My hands?! At a time like this -- that's the best you can come up with? My HANDS, Lulu?! What about our FAMILIES?! Our FRIENDS?! My mom's apartment is close by to Lincoln Heights you know, and YOUR HOUSE IS TOO! Aren't you concerned about your PARENTS?!"
Lulu threw her hands up in disgust. "OF COURSE I AM! But DUH we're in the middle of the ocean, Robin, and there's not a WHOLE LOT we can do right now!" she yelled back at him.
"Hey you two," Tawanna interrupted, "chill! And just for the record, Rob, Lulu is right!"
"Yeah well all I know is I gotta get off this ship and get back home!" Robin said pacing back and forth as he read the text again and again. "I hope Cassie's okay...."
"Robin, just how do you plan on getting off of the ship?" Tawanna asked curiously.

"I Don't know I have to think of something!!!" said Robin being upset.
"Robin I am upset and worry sick as you are me and Lulu both. But you need to think we are in the middle of the sea and there's no way the captain will turn the ship around for us." said Tawanna.
"She's right Robin!!! Anyway I'm sure Cassie is alright. Knowing Charles he is taking care of Cassie and the twins." said Lulu.
"Please Charles could barely take care of himself." said Robin.
"Come on Robin I'm sure everything will be alright and we can't do anything but to pray that our friends and family are alright. Please don't try anything stupid." said Tawanna.

"Alright I'll do it your way." said Robin reluntantly.
"Thank you now all we have to do wait for Cassie to return our text and afterward check on our folks." said Lulu.
Then another text message came and it was from Cassie.

"Another one?" Lulu wondered out loud as she opened it. "Daaaannngggg!" she remarked as she read it.
"Lemme see!" Robin said, grabbing for the phone anxiously.
Lulu yanked it away from his reach. "We're not going through THAT AGAIN!" she told him while holding on tightly to her cellphone.
Tawanna giggled. "Yeah, Robin, didn't you learn not to mess with Lulu's phone yet?"
Robin groaned angrily. "Alright then, what's it say?!" he asked impatiently.

"She said the earthquake has hit and their house is burned down." said Lulu.
"Oh my God" shocked Tawanna.
"Just like my dream." said Robin.
"She also saids her and her family are alright they are over at Charles mom's house and they are staying there until house is fixed." said Lulu.
"Thank God." said relieved Robin.
"I will call you in the morning and tell you everything that has happened loved Cassie p.s. give Robin my love as well and let him know that I am okay." said Lulu.
"You see Robin I told you not to worry." said Tawanna.
"Yeah but what about our folks?" worried RObin.
"I'll talk to Cassie about that when she calls tomorrow. Hopefully they are okay." said Lulu.
Meanwhile back at Mrs. Antoni's house everyone came downstairs for dinner but Cassie refuses to sit with Charles.

Eddie notices the coldness between his daughter and Charles and can't resist making a comment. "Hmm...." he says, raising an eyebrow, "trouble in CHASSIELAND -- AGAIN??" he asked, amused.
"DAD!!!!" Cassie protested angrily.
"Mr. Sutton, I don't know what's wrong with your daughter," Charles answered, annoyed.
"WHAT??!!" Cassie asked, turning her anger on Charles.
"HEY, HEY, HEY!!!" Marla interrupted as she stood at the head of the long, dining room table and clapped her hands. "Let's all calm down and enjoy a nice meal together, shall we? NO YELLING!!!" she yelled, glaring at Cassie.
Cassie pouted and looked ashamed. "I apologize Mrs. A," she said softly.
"That's better!" Marla said as she sat took her seat.
"Are we gonna say grace?" Lizzie asked anxiously.
"Lord knows we've got a lot to be thankful for," Jenn agreed.
Cassie made a face. "Thankful that our house got burned down? Yeah, right....." she said sarcastically as she reached for the basket of garlic bread.
Jenn slapped her daughter's hand. "Shame on you Cassie! Yes, our house burned down. We're also in a GORGEOUS HOUSE right now, and ALL OF US are alive to talk about it! I thought I raised you right, Cassandra, but sometimes you make me second guess myself--honestly!"
Eddie cleared his throat. "Excuse me, are we gonna eat or talk or what?"
Jenn ignored him and looked at Marla. "Since this is your house, can we say grace first, Marla?" she asked politely.
"Yes, please do. And throw in a good word for Charles and Cassie while you're at it," she suggested.
Jenn turned back to her husband. "You're the head of the family Eddie. Bless the table for us, please."
Eddie sighed. "Oh alright...." he muttered.
"Eddie! No wonder Cassie is the way she is! What kind of example is that -- Oh Alright?!" Jenn scolded.
"Come on already...." Tay whined. "Can we just DO THIS and eat?" he asked. "I'M STARVING!"
"Okay," Eddie agreed. "Dear Lord....." he began.

"Even though nothing seems to go right with me being suspended from my job, my house burned down, not knowing I may have eligiment son..."baffled Eddie.
"WHAT!!!" shocked Marla.
"Eddie will you please get to the point." frustrated Jenn.
"We are thankful that we are alive and we still have our health and this family will stick together no matter what. We will get through this one way or the other amen now lets eat." said Eddie.
Jenn looks digusted with Eddie and everyone else ate. Later on everyone got ready for bed. Eddie were trying to talk to Jenn.

"That Marla can really throw down in the kitchen, no?" he asked Jenn, trying to lighten the mood.
"I guess....." Jenn replied dryly as she started to undress.
"Here," Eddie said as he rushed over to her, "let me," he offered, helping her unbutton her blouse.
Jenn quickly pulled away and one of the buttons popped off. "Oh that's just great!" she complained. "It's bad enough we've only got the clothes on our backs, and now you've ruined that!" she blamed him.
"Me? But YOU--" Eddie stopped, deciding not to point the finger like his wife was doing. Instead, he apologized. "I'm sorry, Jenn, but it's JUST a button and if you want I'LL sew it on for you in the morning. Deal?"
"Sure whatever," she brushed him off. "Let's just get some sleep."
"I was hoping we could talk about Nate and me -- and Dana," he told her as he watched her get into bed.
Jenn sighed loudly, annoyed. "Are you kidding me? Do you see what time it is, Eddie? NOW you want to talk about it? I'd say you're about 20 some-odd years too late, Eddie!" she said sarcastically.
"That's a low blow, Jenn. I didn't know about Nate until TODAY and you know it!" he said defensively.
"So then what is there for us to talk about? If anyone needs to talk, I'd say it's YOU and your BABYMAMA! Seems like she's got some explaining to do!"
Eddie tried to keep his cool. He sat next to Jenn on the bed and took her hands in his.
"Look, I know this is upsetting for you, Jenn. It is for me too--you have no idea. But I just want you to know that this doesn't change ANYTHING between the two of US. I'm in love with YOU and right now I NEED YOU to help me do the right thing by my son, Nate. You're right about me being 20 some-odd years too late, Jenn, as far as Nate's concerned, that is..... I got robbed of knowing my son, raising him, loving him, training him, protecting him... He could have died in Iraq and I never would have known anything at all about him! How could Dana do that to me? To Nate? She didn't even give me a choice in the matter, Jenn! I would have been a great father to that boy!" he said, disappointed.
Jenn didn't know what to say. "What about Tay?" she asked finally. "You did all of those things with Tay so it's not like you NEVER had a chance to raise a son....."
"Tay is Tay and Nate is Nate," Eddie answered. "When Nate needed me, I wasn't there and being there for Tay doesn't make up for what Nate missed out on."
"When Nate needed you most, YOU WERE THERE, Eddie. You were the blood donor, remember? Without you, he would have died, so don't be so hard on yourself. Just the other day, Eddie, you told me there was nothing you could do about the past--that you could only control the NOW. So NOW that you know the truth, things between you and Nate can be different. But I'm warning you, Eddie, DON'T NEGLECT TAYLOR because he needs you MUCH MORE than NATE does NOW. And NOW is what COUNTS!"
"And Dana?" Eddie asked, unsure of himself.
"On second thought, leave Dana to me, Eddie. She and I will have a long, heart-to-heart one day, you can bet on that!" Jenn promised. "That woman just ceases to amaze me!" she fumed.
Eddie held his wife close until he could feel the tension in her body start to subside. "I'm glad we could talk this through, Jenn. I needed to get that out in the open," he admitted quietly in her ear.
"Oh Eddie," she sighed, "I need something too."
"Oh?" he asked. "A little loving maybe?" he asked hopefully.
She grinned as she turned over and faced away from him. "No.......but I do need you to sew that button back on for me in the morning like you promised," she replied.
Eddie groaned. "Goodnight Jenn," he muttered as he curled up next to her.
"Sweet dreams, Eddie."

Meanwhile in the other bedroom Charles was counting all the money he found in the attic.
"Wow that's alot of green. That's enough for me Cassie and the twins to leave the Lincoln Heights once and for all. But I have to use some of it to fix the Suttons house again. I really hope Cassie will come to her senses and realize we have done the right thing. This must be really taking a toll on Cassie. After we graduate highschool we have to get out of here. I don't think Cassie can deal with anymore of this." said Charles to himself.
Then heard Charles heard a knock on the door and Charles hid the money.
"Who is it?" asked Charles
"It's me." answered Marla.
Charles opned the door.
"Charles it's getting late you better get some shut eye." said Marla.
"Don't worry mom I will." said Charles giving his mom a kiss.
"Are you sure everything okay Charles?" asked Marla.
"Everything is fine mom goodnight." said Charles.
The next day Cassie gave Lulu a call like she promise.

"Cassie!!!" Lulu squealed on the other end of the phone. "I'm so glad you finally called!!!"
"I know, I know, everything's been so crazy here and for awhile my phone wouldn't even work, but now I'm at Charles' mom's house and her phone's working fine," Cassie explained. "How's sea school?" she asked.
"What?! Forget SEA SCHOOL, Cassie--what's going on back home with the earthquake and all?" Lulu asked anxiously.
Cassie sighed. "God, Lulu I don't even know where to begin," Cassie admitted. "Is Robin around?" she asked suddenly.
"Nope, and he's gonna be pissed he missed this call!" Lulu informed her. "Cassie, PLEASE, we need to know how our families are doing--especially me and Tawanna--but Robin too, since his mom's apartment is right near the Heights. Can you find out for us?"
"I'll try Lulu, I promise I will," Cassie assured her. "You should see it, Lu, it looks like a bomb was dropped. We had to run out of the house with the clothes on our backs and THAT'S IT!! But before the earthquake, something else bad happened!"

"Charles' stepdad was stalking Charles. Remember Mac?"
"Sure I do, but I thought--"
"Yeah," Cassie interrupted, "we ALL THOUGHT he was dead but he wasn't--but NOW HE IS. Anyway, he was stalking Charles but Charles thought it was his ex-boss, Sabrina, cuz she had the hots for Charles and he dissed her."
"Get out!!" Lulu remarked, amazed.
"Yeah, so, Mac was sending Charles scary messages and he broke into Charles' house and busted out his car windows and then he hid outside during the Jenior Prom and tried to kidnap me!"
"Cassie, are you making all this up?"
"Lulu I swear on my grandma's grave it's all true. Oh, and one more thing speaking of graves....."
"What?" Lulu asked quietly, afraid of what she was about to hear.
"Johnny Nightingale got hit by a car and died."
Lulu let out a wail and dropped the phone.

"Hello Lulu? Lulu...Lulu can you hear me?" asked Cassie franticly.
Lulu picked up the phone.
"Yeah I hear you girl. You mean Johnny Nightingale? Lizzie Johnny Nightingale died? Oh my God!!!" said Lulu all upsetted.
"Yeah it crazy we were at the funeral and everything." said Cassie.
"He was such a sweetheart!!! Why do bad things happened to good people? Lizzie must be devasted." said Lulu sadly.
"She is!!! Lizzie had a breakdown at school. She still have a hard time coping with the lost but she getting through this. Lizzie a tough girl. One good thing is she dating this boy named Devon." said Cassie.
"Devon? What's he like?" asked Lulu.
"Well I don't know him that well but he seems to make Lizzie happy and Lizzie really like him alot." said Cassie.
"I guess things didn't go too well with Jeron....thank god" said Lulu.
"Yeah but Devon does have a sister and her named is Stacy and she is straight up lesbian." said Cassie.
"No get out girl." shocked Lulu.
"I shouldn't be telling you this well I think it's all out in the opened now. I know her father is not too cool with that. Speaking of which their father is the new minister at our church." said Cassie.
"Oh really?" said Lulu.
"Well he's not who he appears to be. Remember the murial I did last year?" asked Cassie.
"Well they painted over and he plotted to tear it down for a public mall." said Cassie.
"WHAT!?!?" shocked Lulu.
"The good news is we were able to stop it but the painting we all worked hard on is gone." said Cassie.
"Wow I'm sorry to hear that Cassie!! I know you have worked really hard on it." said Lulu.

"Lulu I got to go I hear my mom calling me." said Cassie.
"Alright girl." said Lulu.
"Give Robin my love for me." said Cassie.
"Alright but you better call him?" said Lulu.
"I'll call him later on today." said Cassie hanging up.
"Lulu who was on the phone?" asked Robin.
"That was Cassie on the phone." said Lulu.
"Oh man and I just missed her." snapped Robin.
"Don't tripped sweetie I told her to call you later on today." said Lulu kissing Robin.
"Wow that's feels better." said satisfied RObin.
"What the kiss?" said bashful Lulu.
"No hearing Cassie will call me back." joked RObin.
Then Lulu threw a pillow at Robin.
"I was just joking..justa joke' girl damn!!" laughed Robin.
"Not funny Robin." said Lulu rollin her eyes.

The Tawanna came out of the bathroom and saw RObin and Lulu kissed.
"God and I thought Charles and Cassie were bad!!! You two are even worst." annoyed Tawanna.
"Tawanna if you have a boyfriend you will know the wonders." said Lulu.
"Whatever I better go and get breakfast and get ready for class. Are you two coming?" asked Tawanna.
"We'll catch up with you and a minute." said Robin.
'Well don't take too long. You know how the teacher feels about us being late." said Tawanna leaving the room.
"Alright what's been going on with our friend Cassie?" asked Robin.

"Robin, you wouldn't BELIEVE the stuff Cassie was telling me! So much has gone on since we left Lincoln Heights!" Lulu said dramatically.
"Well, for the sake of time, give me the condensed version," Robin suggested. "That way there will be something left for Cassie to tell me when she calls."
So Lulu told Robin what she knew about Mac, the prom, the stalking, Sabrina and Johnnie.
"I thought you were supposed to be leaving something for Cassie to tell me!" Robin remarked after she finished.
"Robin, I've got a feeling there's LOTS MORE where THAT came from -- don't worry!" she assured him.
"What about your folks and your house? Tawanna's house? My mom?" he wanted to know.
"She doesn't know but she promised she'd find out. Talk to her about it later, k?" she suggested.
"It's just weird Lulu how you don't really seem that concerned about your folks," Robin commented.
She sighed. "You know we're not that close, Robin, so I can't front is all. I mean I guess I love them, but ..... it's just hard to explain. I'm sure they're okay...."
Robin smiled a little and gave Lulu a hug. "You're just trying to be brave," he decided. "But you're right, I'm sure your family is fine."
He gave her one last kiss and then left to go back to his own suite.

"Robin we have class in a few minutes so don't stay in your suite too long." said Lulu.
"I won't I just want to do some last minute studying." said Robin.
Meanwhile back at Mrs. Antoni's house Eddie was getting ready to check on the house. While Cassie was getting ready for to go check on her friend's family.
"Hey Cassie well are you off to?" asked Charles walking in.
"Geez Charles can't you knock?" irratated Cassie.
"Cassie you still not mad at me about yesterday?" asked Charles.
"Charles I don't even want to talk about that right now." said Cassie.
"Where are you going?" asked Charles.
"If you must know I'm going to check on Lulu's parents, Robin's mother and Tawanna's parents to see if they alright." said Cassie.
"Wait a minute can't they call them themselves instead of having you run around?" annoyed Charles.
"Charles they probably called them and they couldn't get through plus Robin's mother lives right close to Lincoln Heights I just have to see if they okay." said Cassie.
"Let me go with you." said Charles.
"Not this time Charles. Just stay away from me." said Cassie.
"Cassie we have to talk about this sooner or later." said Charles.
"Charles I just can't deal with that right now just stay away." said Cassie passing by Charles.

"Yes, were here and whos at our door, cassie sutton ?"asked lulu's dad
"Yes sr, lulu wanted me to see if you all were doing ok and it see if the house was damaged"she said
"Yes it has some damage, i came to see how we feared out....its not that bad just some walls damaged and broken windows. oh i saw that kid lulu going out with parents and they were on the way from their houses as i was going to mine. they said their was little damages nothing to go crazy over. oh please tell lulu that were in northern california right now and will write her or email."said lulu's dad
"Ok sr no problem, bye and take care"said cassie as she left to go back to charles mom house
Meanwhile Eddie went by his house to see how bad it really looked.The house look worst than when he first bought it and when he went inside everything from top to bottom was burned and destroyed.
"I can't believe this is happening. First I get suspended from my job and now this. This going to take forever to rebuild my home. Everything I have worked hard for is gone now." said Eddie to himself.
Then Jenn showed up.
"Jenn what are you doing here?" asked Eddie.
"Mrs. Antoni told me where you were. Come on Eddie this is too depressing lets go." said Jenn.
"I can't I have to keep looking around and how much it's damage and how much we can afford to fix our home." said Eddie.

Jenn sighed. "Do what you want, then, but I'm gonna run by and check on Vera and Spencer," she informed him.
"God, Jenn, I forgot all about Pops!" Eddie admitted, upset and ashamed.
Jenn rubbed his back as she tried to console him. "You've go SO MUCH going on, Eddie, it's understandable. For God's sake, you just found out you've got a grown son! Of course you're gonna forget SOMETHING!"
He shook his head in disagreement. "I didn't forget someTHING, Jenn, I forgot someONE--my FATHER. You're right, this house can wait," he said as he turned and started towards his car. "I'm going over to check on Pop and Vera with you," he told her.

The two arrived at to check on Vera and Spencer. When they got in the houses and Vera tried to clean up the mess.
"Vera!!" yelled Jenn as she and hugged Vera.
"Jenn thank God you okay!!" said Vera hugging Jenn.
"Are you and Pops alright?" asked Eddie.
"I have better days but I really think you should check on your father. He's lying on the couch." said Vera.
Eddie walked and saw his father lying on the couch with bandage on his head.
"Pops what happened?" shock Eddie.
"We had an earthquake what you think happened boy?" said Spencer sarcasticly.
"I meant what happened to your head" asked Eddie.
"The Eaarthquake hit our house and part of ceiling hit my head." said Spencer in pain.
"Jenn you better come and look at this." said Eddie.
"I don't need no doctor! I'm alright." said Spencer.
Jenn came in to check on Spencer.
"Oh my God why didn't call us sooner?" asked Jenn.
"So much been going on we didn't think to call. How are the kids?" asked Spencer.
"The kids are fine...I wish I can say the same about our house." said Eddie.
"What!?!?" confused Spencer and Vera.
"I'll explain later we have to get you to a hospital." said Eddie.

While they were at the hospital, Eddie stayed with his father while the doctor checked out Spencer's head. Jenn and
Vera decided to go to the cafeteria and grab a cup of coffee. As they sat down across from each other, Jenn looked sad.
"Don't worry, Jenn," Vera comforted her. "I'm sure Spencer will be fine...."
"It's not Spencer I'm worried about," she confided.
"Who then? Eddie?" Vera asked.

"Did he get hurt? What's wrong with Eddie?" Vera asked, confused and concerned.

"No it just that he's going through alot...we all are." said Jenn.

"Well Eddie got suspended from work, then he gotten into a fight with Reverend Kingston aka Reverand Lust for grabbing my butt and now we just found out that Eddie has a grown son." said Jenn.
"WHAT!!?!? You're kidding? Who's the mother?" asked Vera.
"None other than Dana." said Jenn.
"Oh my God." said Vera.
"To make matter worst our house got burned down and we are now living in Mrs. Antoni's house." said Jenn.
"I told you when you moved out here you'll get nothing out of it." said Vera.
"Vera please don't start I'm frustrated as it is." pleaded Jen.
"Well I hope Eddie doesn't neglect his real son Tay. Because you know I'm not having that." said Vera.
"Oh don't worry I set him straight. I'll kill him if he does that to Tay." said Jenn.

At that moment, Vera looked up just in time to see Dana walk into the hospital cafeteria.
"Speak of the devil....." she said softly, motioning with her head to Jenn.
Jenn turned around and saw Dana. "She's here because of Nate. He got hurt real bad during the quake," Jenn explained to her sister.
"I hope she doesn't see us," Vera said. "Anyway, who's Nate?"
"Nate is Dana's son-- and Eddie's. He was staying with us cuz Mama Taylor, his grandmother, was getting evicted and the family got temporarily displaced. "Thanks to your sister, he's still alive. She gave him a transfusion right in the livingroom! You got skills, girl," Dana complimented Jenn. "But why are you here?" Dana asked suddenly.
"Eddie's father got hurt, but not as bad as Nate. Still, his head needed to be checked out," Jenn answered.
Dana smiled. "Oh, that Spencer, what a crazy man he is..... Remember the party at the beach house this summer? He was trying to rap to me with his fresh self! We had a nice summer, me and your kids....."she reminisced. "They're all okay, right? The babies too?" she asked anxiously. "And my boys.....Charles and Robin--how they doing?"
Jenn patted Dana's hand. "Calm down, everyone's good. We're all staying at Marla's house. That woman's got some stroke of luck because her neighborhood wasn't affected at all. It's like she hit the lottery all over again!"
"Well thank God somebody's got some luck or you wouldn't have a place to stay," Dana replied. "So Charles and Robin are getting along okay?" she asked, remembering how they used to butt heads in the beach house.
"Oh, well, actually Robin's been away for awhile with Lulu at some sort of sea school -- on an ocean liner," Jenn informed her.
"Wow....." Dana remarked, impressed. "Well, at least they're all okay! Those kids are like my second family. It's a shame what happened to Johnny, though. He and Jeron had some fights over Lizzie, but I liked Johnny," she admitted.
"Yeah, we all LOVED Johnny," Jenn said sadly. "But who knows, if it wasn't a hit and run, the earthquake might have gotten him. You just never know about life......"

It has been three or four months since Cassie, Charles,Lizzie, Dana, Robin, Lulu, & The Twins left their wonderful summer beachhouse home. As Cassie and Lizzie return to the Hieghts things has not gotten any better for Cassie and the Sutton family. Especially Cassie and Charles. Cassie has been held hostage with Charles at her own house, Her and Charles were caught on camera making love. Cassie and Charles called off their engagement again. Charles was almost seduce by Sabrina, Sage kept getting the best of Cassie, Cassie was almost attacked at her junior prom and the Sutton family suffer a earthquake and their house is burning down. Cassie was really hurting. What really hurt is two of Cassie's closet friends Robin and Lulu aren't there to console her because four months ago Robin and Lulu signed up to take a semester on a cruise ship for six months. Cassie misses her friends terribly especially Robin. She sometimes wish she had ended up with Robin instead of Charles.

"That's a good idea, Charles," Cassie said. "Mrs. A's house is alot closer than grandma and grandpa Bradshaw's house and it's way too crowded in this car!"
"Eddie, she's right," Jenn added. "And I think I'm starting to smell one your grandkid's pampers!"
"Wow, Chuck, your mom's house is junk!" Lizzie said excitedly. "I was there once with my mom and aunt Vera when Cassie was with you in Italy."

"First thing tomorrow I'm going to get up and see how bad the house is burnt. So we can pay for the damages." said Eddie.

Cassie let out an aggravated grunt and started after Collin who was laughing and running in circles while Kalie chased him. Charles caught Cassie's arm and gently pulled her back. "No, Cassie, I'll take care of it," he offered. "You sit down and rest," he said pointing at the elegant leather sofa.
Cassie slowly sat down, a little embarrassed that Charles was being so nice while she was being so mean. "Thanks," she said softly.
"It's no problem," he told her. "Hey Collin! Get over here!"
Collin giggled and ran in the opposite direction but Charles caught him easily and scooped him up in his arms.
"Peeeeuuuuu! You DO stink!" Charles told his son. "Let's get upstairs and clean you up PRONTO!"

Jenn stood with her hand on her hip and watched Charles take Colin up the winding staircase to the nursery. She shook her head, turned to her daughter and told Cassie, "You've got a good guy, Cassie. You NEED TO BE a little NICER to him, don't you think?"

Jenn sat in the rocking chair of the nursery and waited for Charles to start talking. He couldn't bear to look at her face to face so he went to the window and looked outside. Just as he started to speak, he saw a white Mercedes SLR McLaren Roadster coming down the street with a dark haired woman behind the wheel. He quickly left the window and headed for the door of the nursery.
"Charles!" Jenn said, standing up and trying to stop him, "You don't have to run away from me, you know!"
"It's not that Mrs. Sutton!" he replied excitedly, pointing to the window. "It's--it's my mom! She's pulling into the driveway right about now! Go see for yourself!"
Jenn ran to the window and saw Marla stepping out of the luxury vehicle, wearing a pair of oversized sunglasses and dressed impeccably. "Wow! She looks better and better each time I see her!" Jenn remarked, leaving the window and turning back to Charles.
But Charles had already left the nursery and was on his way down the stairs and out the door to welcome his mother back home.

"Thank God you alright!!! I saw the news about the Earthquake. I got back as quick as I could. Is Cassie and the twins alright?" asked Marla.
"Of course their fine!!! Cassie, the twins and her family are in the house. Unfortunely their house got burned down." said Charles.
"What?!?! Oh my God!!" stunned Marla.
"I told them they can stay here for awhile if it's alright with you." said Charles.

Charles took his mother's travel bag and they walked up the front steps together. "I wish you could've come back before the earthquake, Mom. So much has happened--you have no idea....."
Marla put her arm through her son's arm. "I don't like the sound of that, Charles," she admitted, worried. "Have you been having problems?"
Charles shook his head and chuckled. "You could say that," he answered sarcastically as they entered the house arm-in-arm.
She gave him a squeeze, glad to be back home. "Charles I was just a phone call away."
Charles sighed. "So was I, Mom," he replied sadly as he put her bag down in the foyer.
"Charles, that's not fair! I was trying to give you your space and not treat you like a kid! But if you were having problems, you should have let me know!" she protested. "I want to get out of these clothes and freshen up and then we're gonna sit down--just you and me--and have a nice long talk," she informed him. "Got that?"
"Sure Mom, whatever you say....." he answered in a low voice.
She took off her sunglasses and looked around. "Where is everybody?" she asked, changing the subject.
"EVERYBODY!" Charles shouted out loudly. "MY MOM'S BACK HOME!" he announced just as loud.
Cassie quickly emerged from the kitchen with Kalie wrapped around her leg. "Mrs. A!!" she screamed, delighted. "Kalie, look!" Cassie said pointing. "Your grandma's back!"
Kalie squealed and let go of Cassie and ran with open arms to Marla. Marla dropped to her knees just in time to embrace the little girl. She kissed Kalie over and over as the child giggled. Finally they broke apart and Marla looked her over. "God, I can't believe how she's grown! She could hardly walk at the beach house and now she's running!" she said amazed.
"I know," Cassie agreed as she joined them and gave Marla a hug. "Welcome home Mrs. A. We missed you..."
"Thanks Cassie. I'm so glad you're all okay! Everyone IS okay, right?" she asked guardedly.
"More or less," Cassie answered.
"Where's Collin?" Marla wanted to know.
"In the nursery with Mrs. Sutton," Charles replied. "Why don't you go up?" he suggested.
Marla smiled a little. "Look at this," she said playfully to Cassie, "he's trying to get rid of me already!"
She started up the stairs to the nursery and then stopped midway and turned back around. "Don't forget, Charles, just me and you a little later, alright?" she reminded him.
When she got up the stairs and out of hearing distance, Cassie asked, "Are you at least going to tell YOUR MOM the truth, Charles?"

"Cassie my mom just got in the house. Will you at least let her settled in." snapped Charles.
"I warning you Charles if you don't tell your mother what happened I will." warned Cassie.
"Look baby please." said Charles as he tried to hugged Cassie.
Then Cassie broke away from Charles.
"Don't touch me!!!" said upset Cassie.
"Cassie we did the right thing." said Charles.
Then Cassie went to bedroom and slammed the door in front of Charles.
"This is going to be a long night." said Charles.
Meanwhile back on the cruise sea school Robin fell asleep while studying and Lulu awas at his side. Robin started to have that same nightmare again. He dreamed about Cassie being in danger and crying for help. "ROBIN...ROBIN...HELP ME!!!" screamed Cassie. " Cassie" screamed Robin as he saw someone grabbed Cassie and then the ground was shaking and there was fire everywhere. Then Robin fell in the hole while hearing Cassie screaming for help. Then Robin saw he was going to a hot pit. Robin woke up screaming. Lulu calmed him down.
"ROBIN SWEETIE CALM DOWN!!! CALM DOWN. YOU JUST HAD ANOTHER BAD DREAM...shhhh it's another bad dream." said Lulu as she held Robin in her arms.
Robin finally calmed down.
"I gotta go and get some air." said Robin.
"Robin it's almost after curfew we suppose to stay in suites." said Lulu.
"I know I just need to get some air." said Robin.
"Robin you're scaring me!!!! This is the fourth time you have that nightmare. What is going on? Why are you having these nightmares?" worried Lulu.
"Lulu please I told you not to worry." said Robin.
"Robin you can tell me." said Lulu.
"Lulu just go back to your suite...I'll be fine." said Robin.
Lulu was starting to worry. Meanwhile Robin was on deck thinking about that dream he had.
"Why am I having these nightmares? It doesn't make any sense. And it involves Cassie." said Robin.
Then Robin is getting a strange feeling that Cassie maybe in some kind of trouble.
Meanwhile Lulu went back to her suite room with Twanna (sp) worried.
"Lulu is something wrong girl?" asked Tawanna.

Lulu sat on the bed next to Tawanna, shook her head sadly and sighed. "I dunno, Tawanna......" she began quietly. "Robin's been having nightmares lately and he cries out for Cassie."
Tawanna's surprise was apparent by her facial expression. "Get out! No he did not!" she replied indignantly.
Lulu nodded still looking sad. "He won't talk to me about it either...." she confided.
Tawanna groaned. "Girrrrrrllllllll......... that is NOT GOOD!" She put her arm around Lulu's shoulder for moral support. "But don't you worry," she comforted her, "cuz Rob's a good guy and he can't help what dreams pop into his head, Lu -- you know that....." she tried reasoning with her.
"But why won't he tell me anything?" Lulu asked, frustrated.
"You know how guys are! And anyway, are you SURE you'd wanna hear it? What if it's kinky? What if it's NASTY???" she asked dramatically.
Lulu gave her friend a dirty look. "You're NOT HELPING, T," she warned.
Tawanna covered her mouth and gasped. "Ooo sorry girlfriend, I got carried away. Don't pay me no mind, he ain't having no nasty dreams about Cassie!" she said trying to repair the damage.
"He better not be!" Lulu fumed. "You know what? I sent Cassie a text and she didn't even answer--that's not like her...." she said wondering.
"Hmm......." Tawanna replied, tapping her finger to her temple, "sounds like a mystery to me...." she concluded.
Lulu, sighed, still aggravated and sad and got up from the bed and went to her side of the suite. She pulled out her cellphone and started texting.
"You trying Cassie again?" Tawanna asked curiously.
"No. This time I'm texting Lizzie," Lulu decided. "I'm starting to think maybe something's not quite right back home, Tawanna," she said worried.
Tawanna looked a bit alarmed. "Girl, stop scaring me like that!" She pulled out her phone as well and started texting. "I'll try my mother. One of us should get an answer back!"
They sent their messages and then anxiously waited for word back from Lincoln Heights.
Meanwhile, out on deck, Robin leaned on the railing and stared out into the black ocean, collecting his thoughts.

Cassie stutently remimebered her message from Lulu. "Oh no, I totally forgot. She probaby thinks I am ignoring her. Excuse me Lizzie", said Cassie walking out of the room.
Lizzie was left confused and alone.
Downstairs Charles was helping his mother fix dinner.

"Alright now we are alone now!!! Can you please tell me what is going on?" asked Marla.
"It's a long story mom." said Charles.
"I have all day to make dinner try me." said Marla.
"Alright here is goes." said Charles.
Meanwhile back on the ship Robin went to Lulu's suite to aplogize to her and told her about the dream he's been having.

"That's not good," Lulu told Robin, concerned after hearing what the dream was about. "Let's hope that it's JUST A DREAM and nothing more!"
"And you say you texted Cassie and got no answer?" Robin asked.
"And Lizzie too," Lulu added. Just then, her phone beeped. "Hey! Talk about TIMING!" she remarked as she checked the text. "It's from Cassie!" she told him excitedly.
Lulu's heart dropped as she read the text about the earthquake and fires. Robin became alarmed as he watched the expression on her face change from one of excitement to one of horror.
"What is it?!" he demanded impatiently.
Lulu didn't know if she should tell him the truth or not.

"Lulu will you please talk? What is going on? worried Robin.
"You don't want to know." said Lulu.
"Cassie she in trouble isn't she?" asked Robin.
Lulu remain siliently.
"Lulu this is getting scary now. What happened?" said Robin being frustrated.
"Here see for yourself." said Lulu as she handed Robin the cell phone.

The cellphone slipped out of Robin's hand before he could get a good grip on it and it fell..
"Oh no!" Lulu cried as she watched her phone hit the floor and come apart.
"Crap!" Robin muttered as he dropped to his knees and searched for the missing battery. "Where could it be?" he said outloud as he looked under the bed and furniture.
Then he looked up at Lulu who was still standing, frozen with her mouth wide-opened in disbelief. "LULU! You just gonna stand there?" he shouted angrily.
Lulu jumped a little as she snapped out of it, and also got on her hands and knees looking for the battery. "I don't believe this is happening!" she complained, not finding it.
Tawana came out of the shower wrapped in just a towel and let out a squeal when she saw Robin. She quickly ran back in the bathroom. "What's going on?!" she yelled from inside.
"Sorry T!" Lulu apologized. Robin came by to talk, but -- long story short -- my phone dropped
and we're looking for the battery! Come out and help us!" Lulu urged.
"I'm not dressed!!" Tawana protested. "My pjs are on the bed--get them for me!"
Lulu sighed, aggravated as she got up from the floor and got the clothes for Tawanna and brought them to her in the bathroom. "Here! Hurry up and help us! Cassie sent me a text and I wanted Robin to read it but he dropped the phone before he could see it and now the battery has mysteriously disappeared!" she explained in a hurry.
Tawanna rolled her eyes as Lulu went back to help Robin search for the phone. She dressed and came out to help them. "And I thought I was a drama queen," she remarked sarcastically. "Why don't you just tell him AND ME what Cassie said in her text????" she asked, annoyed.

Then suddenly Robin found the batteries for the cell and he installed it in the cell phone. Meanwhile back at Mrs. Antoni's house Marla was getting very impatient with Charles as he hesitates to tell her what happened.
"Come on Charles I don't have all night...TALK!!!" shouted Marla.
"Alright alright I will talk sit down please." said Charles.
Marla sat down and listen.
"Let me explain everything." said Charles.
Charles told his mother everything that went on since him and Cassie got back from the beach house.
"And you didnn't call me Charles?" Ms. Antoni said as she poured salad dressing into the bowl.
"I couldn't have, i was so busy. Let me get to the point," Charles sighed as he was about to confide with his mother.
"Mack came back he was stalking me the whole time." said Charles.
"Oh my God I thought he was dead." shocked Marla.
"Well he's not he tried to kidnapped Cassie at our junior prom and when we had that earthquake Mack broke in the house and tried to kill me. But when the earthquake hit again part of the roof fell on top of Mack. Cassie wanted me to help but I refused. She kept bugging me so I went along but when we helped Mack was already dead." said Charles.
"Oh my God Charles!!!" stunned Mrs. Antoni.
"Well he deserved to die mom." said Charles.

Charles nodded. "I'm okay. I'm just glad my kids and Cassie are safe and sound--and you too."
Marla rolled her eyes. "Gee thanks for including me!"
Charles looked a little embarrassed. "Mom...." he whined. "You know I love you! You weren't in the earthquake and the twins and Cassie were is all," he explained.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever Charles," she brushed him off. She picked up a forkful of salad and held it up to his mouth. "Here,"she said as she fed it to him, "how does it taste? Need more of something?" she asked, watching him eat it.
"Mmmmm.....just right! Perfect!" he complimented her. "I missed your cooking," he confessed.
"Well, I"m back now so get ready to put on some weight," she warned. "By the way, is there anything else you have to tell me?" she asked.

"Well I had an intern that didn't go very well." said Charles.
"Don't tell me you got fired." said Marla.
"No I pretty much quit...it's a long story." said Charles.
"Anything else?" asked Marla.
"Well Cassie call off our engagement...again and we had a pregnancy scared. We thought we were going to have another baby." said Charles.
"I don't want to hear anymore of this. Charles I thought you knew better. My God you already got two kids. What were you thinking?" angered Marla.
"I used protection." said Charles.
"That's not the point!!! When are you and Cassie going to learn?" asked Marla rolled her eyes.
"Well at least she's not pregnant again." said Charles.
"I am definitely staying here. It obvivious I can't leave you home by your by yourself" said Marla.
"The story of my life." said Charles.
Meanwhile back on the ship Robin finally installed the batteries in the cell phone and saw Cassie's text message.

Robin immediately freaked when he read that there had been a devastating earthquake.
"See, Robin," Lulu started frantically, "this is exactly why I didn't want you to know! I hope your hands don't start that shaking thing like it did after you had the fight with your Dad!" she said nervously watching him.
"My hands?! At a time like this -- that's the best you can come up with? My HANDS, Lulu?! What about our FAMILIES?! Our FRIENDS?! My mom's apartment is close by to Lincoln Heights you know, and YOUR HOUSE IS TOO! Aren't you concerned about your PARENTS?!"
Lulu threw her hands up in disgust. "OF COURSE I AM! But DUH we're in the middle of the ocean, Robin, and there's not a WHOLE LOT we can do right now!" she yelled back at him.
"Hey you two," Tawanna interrupted, "chill! And just for the record, Rob, Lulu is right!"
"Yeah well all I know is I gotta get off this ship and get back home!" Robin said pacing back and forth as he read the text again and again. "I hope Cassie's okay...."
"Robin, just how do you plan on getting off of the ship?" Tawanna asked curiously.

"I Don't know I have to think of something!!!" said Robin being upset.
"Robin I am upset and worry sick as you are me and Lulu both. But you need to think we are in the middle of the sea and there's no way the captain will turn the ship around for us." said Tawanna.
"She's right Robin!!! Anyway I'm sure Cassie is alright. Knowing Charles he is taking care of Cassie and the twins." said Lulu.
"Please Charles could barely take care of himself." said Robin.
"Come on Robin I'm sure everything will be alright and we can't do anything but to pray that our friends and family are alright. Please don't try anything stupid." said Tawanna.
"
"Alright I'll do it your way." said Robin reluntantly.
"Thank you now all we have to do wait for Cassie to return our text and afterward check on our folks." said Lulu.
Then another text message came and it was from Cassie.

"Another one?" Lulu wondered out loud as she opened it. "Daaaannngggg!" she remarked as she read it.
"Lemme see!" Robin said, grabbing for the phone anxiously.
Lulu yanked it away from his reach. "We're not going through THAT AGAIN!" she told him while holding on tightly to her cellphone.
Tawanna giggled. "Yeah, Robin, didn't you learn not to mess with Lulu's phone yet?"
Robin groaned angrily. "Alright then, what's it say?!" he asked impatiently.

"She said the earthquake has hit and their house is burned down." said Lulu.
"Oh my God" shocked Tawanna.
"Just like my dream." said Robin.
"She also saids her and her family are alright they are over at Charles mom's house and they are staying there until house is fixed." said Lulu.
"Thank God." said relieved Robin.
"I will call you in the morning and tell you everything that has happened loved Cassie p.s. give Robin my love as well and let him know that I am okay." said Lulu.
"You see Robin I told you not to worry." said Tawanna.
"Yeah but what about our folks?" worried RObin.
"I'll talk to Cassie about that when she calls tomorrow. Hopefully they are okay." said Lulu.
Meanwhile back at Mrs. Antoni's house everyone came downstairs for dinner but Cassie refuses to sit with Charles.

Eddie notices the coldness between his daughter and Charles and can't resist making a comment. "Hmm...." he says, raising an eyebrow, "trouble in CHASSIELAND -- AGAIN??" he asked, amused.
"DAD!!!!" Cassie protested angrily.
"Mr. Sutton, I don't know what's wrong with your daughter," Charles answered, annoyed.
"WHAT??!!" Cassie asked, turning her anger on Charles.
"HEY, HEY, HEY!!!" Marla interrupted as she stood at the head of the long, dining room table and clapped her hands. "Let's all calm down and enjoy a nice meal together, shall we? NO YELLING!!!" she yelled, glaring at Cassie.
Cassie pouted and looked ashamed. "I apologize Mrs. A," she said softly.
"That's better!" Marla said as she sat took her seat.
"Are we gonna say grace?" Lizzie asked anxiously.
"Lord knows we've got a lot to be thankful for," Jenn agreed.
Cassie made a face. "Thankful that our house got burned down? Yeah, right....." she said sarcastically as she reached for the basket of garlic bread.
Jenn slapped her daughter's hand. "Shame on you Cassie! Yes, our house burned down. We're also in a GORGEOUS HOUSE right now, and ALL OF US are alive to talk about it! I thought I raised you right, Cassandra, but sometimes you make me second guess myself--honestly!"
Eddie cleared his throat. "Excuse me, are we gonna eat or talk or what?"
Jenn ignored him and looked at Marla. "Since this is your house, can we say grace first, Marla?" she asked politely.
"Yes, please do. And throw in a good word for Charles and Cassie while you're at it," she suggested.
Jenn turned back to her husband. "You're the head of the family Eddie. Bless the table for us, please."
Eddie sighed. "Oh alright...." he muttered.
"Eddie! No wonder Cassie is the way she is! What kind of example is that -- Oh Alright?!" Jenn scolded.
"Come on already...." Tay whined. "Can we just DO THIS and eat?" he asked. "I'M STARVING!"
"Okay," Eddie agreed. "Dear Lord....." he began.

"Even though nothing seems to go right with me being suspended from my job, my house burned down, not knowing I may have eligiment son..."baffled Eddie.
"WHAT!!!" shocked Marla.
"Eddie will you please get to the point." frustrated Jenn.
"We are thankful that we are alive and we still have our health and this family will stick together no matter what. We will get through this one way or the other amen now lets eat." said Eddie.
Jenn looks digusted with Eddie and everyone else ate. Later on everyone got ready for bed. Eddie were trying to talk to Jenn.

"That Marla can really throw down in the kitchen, no?" he asked Jenn, trying to lighten the mood.
"I guess....." Jenn replied dryly as she started to undress.
"Here," Eddie said as he rushed over to her, "let me," he offered, helping her unbutton her blouse.
Jenn quickly pulled away and one of the buttons popped off. "Oh that's just great!" she complained. "It's bad enough we've only got the clothes on our backs, and now you've ruined that!" she blamed him.
"Me? But YOU--" Eddie stopped, deciding not to point the finger like his wife was doing. Instead, he apologized. "I'm sorry, Jenn, but it's JUST a button and if you want I'LL sew it on for you in the morning. Deal?"
"Sure whatever," she brushed him off. "Let's just get some sleep."
"I was hoping we could talk about Nate and me -- and Dana," he told her as he watched her get into bed.
Jenn sighed loudly, annoyed. "Are you kidding me? Do you see what time it is, Eddie? NOW you want to talk about it? I'd say you're about 20 some-odd years too late, Eddie!" she said sarcastically.
"That's a low blow, Jenn. I didn't know about Nate until TODAY and you know it!" he said defensively.
"So then what is there for us to talk about? If anyone needs to talk, I'd say it's YOU and your BABYMAMA! Seems like she's got some explaining to do!"
Eddie tried to keep his cool. He sat next to Jenn on the bed and took her hands in his.
"Look, I know this is upsetting for you, Jenn. It is for me too--you have no idea. But I just want you to know that this doesn't change ANYTHING between the two of US. I'm in love with YOU and right now I NEED YOU to help me do the right thing by my son, Nate. You're right about me being 20 some-odd years too late, Jenn, as far as Nate's concerned, that is..... I got robbed of knowing my son, raising him, loving him, training him, protecting him... He could have died in Iraq and I never would have known anything at all about him! How could Dana do that to me? To Nate? She didn't even give me a choice in the matter, Jenn! I would have been a great father to that boy!" he said, disappointed.
Jenn didn't know what to say. "What about Tay?" she asked finally. "You did all of those things with Tay so it's not like you NEVER had a chance to raise a son....."
"Tay is Tay and Nate is Nate," Eddie answered. "When Nate needed me, I wasn't there and being there for Tay doesn't make up for what Nate missed out on."
"When Nate needed you most, YOU WERE THERE, Eddie. You were the blood donor, remember? Without you, he would have died, so don't be so hard on yourself. Just the other day, Eddie, you told me there was nothing you could do about the past--that you could only control the NOW. So NOW that you know the truth, things between you and Nate can be different. But I'm warning you, Eddie, DON'T NEGLECT TAYLOR because he needs you MUCH MORE than NATE does NOW. And NOW is what COUNTS!"
"And Dana?" Eddie asked, unsure of himself.
"On second thought, leave Dana to me, Eddie. She and I will have a long, heart-to-heart one day, you can bet on that!" Jenn promised. "That woman just ceases to amaze me!" she fumed.
Eddie held his wife close until he could feel the tension in her body start to subside. "I'm glad we could talk this through, Jenn. I needed to get that out in the open," he admitted quietly in her ear.
"Oh Eddie," she sighed, "I need something too."
"Oh?" he asked. "A little loving maybe?" he asked hopefully.
She grinned as she turned over and faced away from him. "No.......but I do need you to sew that button back on for me in the morning like you promised," she replied.
Eddie groaned. "Goodnight Jenn," he muttered as he curled up next to her.
"Sweet dreams, Eddie."

Meanwhile in the other bedroom Charles was counting all the money he found in the attic.
"Wow that's alot of green. That's enough for me Cassie and the twins to leave the Lincoln Heights once and for all. But I have to use some of it to fix the Suttons house again. I really hope Cassie will come to her senses and realize we have done the right thing. This must be really taking a toll on Cassie. After we graduate highschool we have to get out of here. I don't think Cassie can deal with anymore of this." said Charles to himself.
Then heard Charles heard a knock on the door and Charles hid the money.
"Who is it?" asked Charles
"It's me." answered Marla.
Charles opned the door.
"Charles it's getting late you better get some shut eye." said Marla.
"Don't worry mom I will." said Charles giving his mom a kiss.
"Are you sure everything okay Charles?" asked Marla.
"Everything is fine mom goodnight." said Charles.
The next day Cassie gave Lulu a call like she promise.

"Cassie!!!" Lulu squealed on the other end of the phone. "I'm so glad you finally called!!!"
"I know, I know, everything's been so crazy here and for awhile my phone wouldn't even work, but now I'm at Charles' mom's house and her phone's working fine," Cassie explained. "How's sea school?" she asked.
"What?! Forget SEA SCHOOL, Cassie--what's going on back home with the earthquake and all?" Lulu asked anxiously.
Cassie sighed. "God, Lulu I don't even know where to begin," Cassie admitted. "Is Robin around?" she asked suddenly.
"Nope, and he's gonna be pissed he missed this call!" Lulu informed her. "Cassie, PLEASE, we need to know how our families are doing--especially me and Tawanna--but Robin too, since his mom's apartment is right near the Heights. Can you find out for us?"
"I'll try Lulu, I promise I will," Cassie assured her. "You should see it, Lu, it looks like a bomb was dropped. We had to run out of the house with the clothes on our backs and THAT'S IT!! But before the earthquake, something else bad happened!"
"What girl?!"
"Charles' stepdad was stalking Charles. Remember Mac?"
"Sure I do, but I thought--"
"Yeah," Cassie interrupted, "we ALL THOUGHT he was dead but he wasn't--but NOW HE IS. Anyway, he was stalking Charles but Charles thought it was his ex-boss, Sabrina, cuz she had the hots for Charles and he dissed her."
"Get out!!" Lulu remarked, amazed.
"Yeah, so, Mac was sending Charles scary messages and he broke into Charles' house and busted out his car windows and then he hid outside during the Jenior Prom and tried to kidnap me!"
"Cassie, are you making all this up?"
"Lulu I swear on my grandma's grave it's all true. Oh, and one more thing speaking of graves....."
"What?" Lulu asked quietly, afraid of what she was about to hear.
"Johnny Nightingale got hit by a car and died."
Lulu let out a wail and dropped the phone.

"Hello Lulu? Lulu...Lulu can you hear me?" asked Cassie franticly.
Lulu picked up the phone.
"Yeah I hear you girl. You mean Johnny Nightingale? Lizzie Johnny Nightingale died? Oh my God!!!" said Lulu all upsetted.
"Yeah it crazy we were at the funeral and everything." said Cassie.
"He was such a sweetheart!!! Why do bad things happened to good people? Lizzie must be devasted." said Lulu sadly.
"She is!!! Lizzie had a breakdown at school. She still have a hard time coping with the lost but she getting through this. Lizzie a tough girl. One good thing is she dating this boy named Devon." said Cassie.
"Devon? What's he like?" asked Lulu.
"Well I don't know him that well but he seems to make Lizzie happy and Lizzie really like him alot." said Cassie.
"I guess things didn't go too well with Jeron....thank god" said Lulu.
"Yeah but Devon does have a sister and her named is Stacy and she is straight up lesbian." said Cassie.
"No get out girl." shocked Lulu.
"I shouldn't be telling you this well I think it's all out in the opened now. I know her father is not too cool with that. Speaking of which their father is the new minister at our church." said Cassie.
"Oh really?" said Lulu.
"Well he's not who he appears to be. Remember the murial I did last year?" asked Cassie.
"Well they painted over and he plotted to tear it down for a public mall." said Cassie.
"WHAT!?!?" shocked Lulu.
"The good news is we were able to stop it but the painting we all worked hard on is gone." said Cassie.
"Wow I'm sorry to hear that Cassie!! I know you have worked really hard on it." said Lulu.

"And the beautiful sand sculptures we did of the twins are gone too after the earthquake," Cassie said sadly.
"Oh, yeah, how's your beach house?"
"It got damaged too."
"Oh no!" Lulu said disappointed.
Just then Robin walked in. "What's wrong, Lulu?" he asked concerned. "Who's on the phone?"

"Lulu I got to go I hear my mom calling me." said Cassie.
"Alright girl." said Lulu.
"Give Robin my love for me." said Cassie.
"Alright but you better call him?" said Lulu.
"I'll call him later on today." said Cassie hanging up.
"Lulu who was on the phone?" asked Robin.
"That was Cassie on the phone." said Lulu.
"Oh man and I just missed her." snapped Robin.
"Don't tripped sweetie I told her to call you later on today." said Lulu kissing Robin.
"Wow that's feels better." said satisfied RObin.
"What the kiss?" said bashful Lulu.
"No hearing Cassie will call me back." joked RObin.
Then Lulu threw a pillow at Robin.
"I was just joking..justa joke' girl damn!!" laughed Robin.
"Not funny Robin." said Lulu rollin her eyes.
"You know I love your kisses." said Robin as he and Lulu both kiss.
The Tawanna came out of the bathroom and saw RObin and Lulu kissed.
"God and I thought Charles and Cassie were bad!!! You two are even worst." annoyed Tawanna.
"Tawanna if you have a boyfriend you will know the wonders." said Lulu.
"Whatever I better go and get breakfast and get ready for class. Are you two coming?" asked Tawanna.
"We'll catch up with you and a minute." said Robin.
'Well don't take too long. You know how the teacher feels about us being late." said Tawanna leaving the room.
"Alright what's been going on with our friend Cassie?" asked Robin.

"Robin, you wouldn't BELIEVE the stuff Cassie was telling me! So much has gone on since we left Lincoln Heights!" Lulu said dramatically.
"Well, for the sake of time, give me the condensed version," Robin suggested. "That way there will be something left for Cassie to tell me when she calls."
So Lulu told Robin what she knew about Mac, the prom, the stalking, Sabrina and Johnnie.
"I thought you were supposed to be leaving something for Cassie to tell me!" Robin remarked after she finished.
"Robin, I've got a feeling there's LOTS MORE where THAT came from -- don't worry!" she assured him.
"What about your folks and your house? Tawanna's house? My mom?" he wanted to know.
"She doesn't know but she promised she'd find out. Talk to her about it later, k?" she suggested.
"It's just weird Lulu how you don't really seem that concerned about your folks," Robin commented.
She sighed. "You know we're not that close, Robin, so I can't front is all. I mean I guess I love them, but ..... it's just hard to explain. I'm sure they're okay...."
Robin smiled a little and gave Lulu a hug. "You're just trying to be brave," he decided. "But you're right, I'm sure your family is fine."
He gave her one last kiss and then left to go back to his own suite.

"Robin we have class in a few minutes so don't stay in your suite too long." said Lulu.
"I won't I just want to do some last minute studying." said Robin.
Meanwhile back at Mrs. Antoni's house Eddie was getting ready to check on the house. While Cassie was getting ready for to go check on her friend's family.
"Hey Cassie well are you off to?" asked Charles walking in.
"Geez Charles can't you knock?" irratated Cassie.
"Cassie you still not mad at me about yesterday?" asked Charles.
"Charles I don't even want to talk about that right now." said Cassie.
"Where are you going?" asked Charles.
"If you must know I'm going to check on Lulu's parents, Robin's mother and Tawanna's parents to see if they alright." said Cassie.
"Wait a minute can't they call them themselves instead of having you run around?" annoyed Charles.
"Charles they probably called them and they couldn't get through plus Robin's mother lives right close to Lincoln Heights I just have to see if they okay." said Cassie.
"Let me go with you." said Charles.
"Not this time Charles. Just stay away from me." said Cassie.
"Cassie we have to talk about this sooner or later." said Charles.
"Charles I just can't deal with that right now just stay away." said Cassie passing by Charles.
I'm not going to lose Cassie not this time." said Charles to himself.

Meanwhile cassie went to lulu's house 1st"hello is anyone home??"cassie screamed because the door was broken and some windows
"Yes, were here and whos at our door, cassie sutton ?"asked lulu's dad
"Yes sr, lulu wanted me to see if you all were doing ok and it see if the house was damaged"she said
"Yes it has some damage, i came to see how we feared out....its not that bad just some walls damaged and broken windows. oh i saw that kid lulu going out with parents and they were on the way from their houses as i was going to mine. they said their was little damages nothing to go crazy over. oh please tell lulu that were in northern california right now and will write her or email."said lulu's dad
"Ok sr no problem, bye and take care"said cassie as she left to go back to charles mom house
Meanwhile Eddie went by his house to see how bad it really looked.The house look worst than when he first bought it and when he went inside everything from top to bottom was burned and destroyed.
"I can't believe this is happening. First I get suspended from my job and now this. This going to take forever to rebuild my home. Everything I have worked hard for is gone now." said Eddie to himself.
Then Jenn showed up.
"Jenn what are you doing here?" asked Eddie.
"Mrs. Antoni told me where you were. Come on Eddie this is too depressing lets go." said Jenn.
"I can't I have to keep looking around and how much it's damage and how much we can afford to fix our home." said Eddie.

Jenn sighed. "Do what you want, then, but I'm gonna run by and check on Vera and Spencer," she informed him.
"God, Jenn, I forgot all about Pops!" Eddie admitted, upset and ashamed.
Jenn rubbed his back as she tried to console him. "You've go SO MUCH going on, Eddie, it's understandable. For God's sake, you just found out you've got a grown son! Of course you're gonna forget SOMETHING!"
He shook his head in disagreement. "I didn't forget someTHING, Jenn, I forgot someONE--my FATHER. You're right, this house can wait," he said as he turned and started towards his car. "I'm going over to check on Pop and Vera with you," he told her.
"Okay! Meet you there," she agreed as they headed for their separate cars.

The two arrived at to check on Vera and Spencer. When they got in the houses and Vera tried to clean up the mess.
"Vera!!" yelled Jenn as she and hugged Vera.
"Jenn thank God you okay!!" said Vera hugging Jenn.
"Are you and Pops alright?" asked Eddie.
"I have better days but I really think you should check on your father. He's lying on the couch." said Vera.
Eddie walked and saw his father lying on the couch with bandage on his head.
"Pops what happened?" shock Eddie.
"We had an earthquake what you think happened boy?" said Spencer sarcasticly.
"I meant what happened to your head" asked Eddie.
"The Eaarthquake hit our house and part of ceiling hit my head." said Spencer in pain.
"Jenn you better come and look at this." said Eddie.
"I don't need no doctor! I'm alright." said Spencer.
Jenn came in to check on Spencer.
"Oh my God why didn't call us sooner?" asked Jenn.
"So much been going on we didn't think to call. How are the kids?" asked Spencer.
"The kids are fine...I wish I can say the same about our house." said Eddie.
"What!?!?" confused Spencer and Vera.
"I'll explain later we have to get you to a hospital." said Eddie.

While they were at the hospital, Eddie stayed with his father while the doctor checked out Spencer's head. Jenn and
Vera decided to go to the cafeteria and grab a cup of coffee. As they sat down across from each other, Jenn looked sad.
"Don't worry, Jenn," Vera comforted her. "I'm sure Spencer will be fine...."
"It's not Spencer I'm worried about," she confided.
"Who then? Eddie?" Vera asked.
Jenn nodded.
"Did he get hurt? What's wrong with Eddie?" Vera asked, confused and concerned.

"No it just that he's going through alot...we all are." said Jenn.
"What Jenn?!?" confused Vera.
"Well Eddie got suspended from work, then he gotten into a fight with Reverend Kingston aka Reverand Lust for grabbing my butt and now we just found out that Eddie has a grown son." said Jenn.
"WHAT!!?!? You're kidding? Who's the mother?" asked Vera.
"None other than Dana." said Jenn.
"Oh my God." said Vera.
"To make matter worst our house got burned down and we are now living in Mrs. Antoni's house." said Jenn.
"I told you when you moved out here you'll get nothing out of it." said Vera.
"Vera please don't start I'm frustrated as it is." pleaded Jen.
"Well I hope Eddie doesn't neglect his real son Tay. Because you know I'm not having that." said Vera.
"Oh don't worry I set him straight. I'll kill him if he does that to Tay." said Jenn.
"How are you holding up Jenn?" asked Vera.
"I'm trying hard to keep it together girl but everything seems to be falling apart." said Jenn.

At that moment, Vera looked up just in time to see Dana walk into the hospital cafeteria.
"Speak of the devil....." she said softly, motioning with her head to Jenn.
Jenn turned around and saw Dana. "She's here because of Nate. He got hurt real bad during the quake," Jenn explained to her sister.
"I hope she doesn't see us," Vera said. "Anyway, who's Nate?"
"Nate is Dana's son-- and Eddie's. He was staying with us cuz Mama Taylor, his grandmother, was getting evicted and the family got temporarily displaced. That's when the earthquake hit and he got hurt in our house. He needed a transfusion and that's when the whole truth came out that he and Eddie have the same bloodtype cuz they're father and son."
"Uh oh, Jenn," Vera said, quickly changing the subject, "she sees us and she's coming over here now!"
"Be nice to her, Vera. She's been through alot."
Vera rolled her eyes. "Always the saint, Jenn, always the saint......" she sighed as she took a quick sip of her coffee.
Dana came up to their table. "Hey y'all," she greeted them as she plopped down in the empty chair. "I am SO BEAT!"
"How's Nate, Dana?" Jenn asked, concerned.
"He's on the mend. Three broken ribs and his spleen was punctured."
"Ouch!" Vera responded.
"Thanks to your sister, he's still alive. She gave him a transfusion right in the livingroom! You got skills, girl," Dana complimented Jenn. "But why are you here?" Dana asked suddenly.
"Eddie's father got hurt, but not as bad as Nate. Still, his head needed to be checked out," Jenn answered.
Dana smiled. "Oh, that Spencer, what a crazy man he is..... Remember the party at the beach house this summer? He was trying to rap to me with his fresh self! We had a nice summer, me and your kids....."she reminisced. "They're all okay, right? The babies too?" she asked anxiously. "And my boys.....Charles and Robin--how they doing?"
Jenn patted Dana's hand. "Calm down, everyone's good. We're all staying at Marla's house. That woman's got some stroke of luck because her neighborhood wasn't affected at all. It's like she hit the lottery all over again!"
"Well thank God somebody's got some luck or you wouldn't have a place to stay," Dana replied. "So Charles and Robin are getting along okay?" she asked, remembering how they used to butt heads in the beach house.
"Oh, well, actually Robin's been away for awhile with Lulu at some sort of sea school -- on an ocean liner," Jenn informed her.
"Wow....." Dana remarked, impressed. "Well, at least they're all okay! Those kids are like my second family. It's a shame what happened to Johnny, though. He and Jeron had some fights over Lizzie, but I liked Johnny," she admitted.
"Yeah, we all LOVED Johnny," Jenn said sadly. "But who knows, if it wasn't a hit and run, the earthquake might have gotten him. You just never know about life......"
Just then, Eddie rushed into the cafeteria looking for his wife. He spotted Jenn and rushed over to the table where the three women were sitting.

"Great just my luck. Jenn and Dana in the same place. Dana probably here to check on Nate. What do I say to them? I better get out of here before they see me." said Eddie.
As soon as Eddie stepped out Vera spotted.
"Hey Eddie we right over here." shouted Vera.
"Great!!!" Eddie mumbled.
"How's Spencer doing?" asked Jenn.
"He have a cucusion and he's be here for a couple of nights but other than that nothing really major. He still the same crazy old man." said Eddie.

"Hey Eddie," Dana greeted him quietly.
"Dana," he replied with a head nodd. "Nate ok?" he asked.
"He'll be ok. Go on up and see him, why don't you? Room 410," she informed him.
"He might want some rest," Eddie answered, not sure if her idea was a good one.
"Oh," she replied sadly. "Well.......I thnk I'd like to say hi to Spencer if that's okay," she said as she started to get up from the table. "Do y'all mind?" she asked.
Vera, Jenn and Eddie all looked back and forth at each other and shrugged. "It's okay with me," Vera answered her. "He can flirt with you all he wants--maybe it'll help his recovery," she joked.
Dana smiled. "Just as long as he keeps his hands to himself. So what room is he in, Eddie?" she asked.
"302."
So Dana went up to say hi to Spencer and Eddie sat and had coffee in the cafeteria with his wife and sister-in-law.

"Nope its just Dana remember me i was with the kids for the summer"she said
"yeah how could i forget a pretty thang like you"spencer said
" i just came to see you, since my son is in here too"she said
"oh the young one, tay's son"he asked
"nope me and eddie's son i had when i was cassies age"she said
"he really ours did you do a dna..........."asked spencer
